• Handle month-end closing of accounts and preparation of management reports
• Support monthly payroll service for local & foreign worker.
• Handle & process staff and director monthly claims.
• To ensure timely, accurate processing payments to local vendor & sub contractor.
• Ensure proper maintenance and filing to support all accounting entries.
• Able to maintain Partial/ full set of management accounts / budgeting / liaising with auditors
• Quarterly GST reporting / submission and other ad-hoc tasks as and when assigned

Requirements:

• At least 1 years working experience
• Experience in preparing full set of accounts is essential
• Well verse in GST quarterly returns
• Proficient in MS Office
• Responsible, meticulous and able to work with tight deadline
• Must have initiative and able to work independently with least supervision
• Preferably able to start work within short notice

We are looking for a creative and proactive Marketing Executive to support our branding and marketing activities in the interior design industry. The candidate will assist in promoting the company’s services, generating leads, managing social media platforms, and coordinating marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and business growth.

• Manage and update company social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.)
• Create marketing content including photos, videos, captions, and promotional materials
• Plan and execute online and offline marketing campaigns
• Coordinate with designers and sales team for project promotions and client engagement
• Monitor marketing performance and prepare reports
• Handle website updates and online advertisements
• Assist in branding, events, exhibitions, and company promotions
• Respond to customer enquiries and follow up on leads
• Conduct market research and monitor competitors’ activities

• Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
• Minimum 1 year of marketing experience preferred
• Experience in interior design, renovation, or related industry is an advantage
• Familiar with social media marketing and digital advertising
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Creative, responsible, and able to work independently
• Knowledge of Canva, CapCut, Adobe Photoshop, or video editing tools is a plus

• Fabricate and install wooden structures and furnitures such as cabinets, counters, doors and shelvings.
