Key Responsibilities:

full-stack engineer who can do Level 1 prod support work (Primary, ~20% of time ) and Development work (Secondary, ~ 80% of time)

1. Perform Level 1 production support work: E.g.

• Monitor mailbox for incoming support requests and inquiries.
• Perform simple triage of support tickets, categorizing and prioritizing them based on urgency and impact.

• Monitor and observe system alerts or out of the normal system behaviours.
• Verify system is performing after deployments

1. Design, build, integrate, test, and maintain complex software components
2. Build prototypes and design system architectures to demonstrate technology opportunities
3. Adopt design thinking and customer-oriented approach such as agile software development practices to manage and deliver quality solutions

Job Description

• Min 6 yrs implementation exp. in FM(Fund Management) and GM modules(Grant Management)

• Should be open for Implementation, Support and Roll-out projects
• Configure and implement SAP Grant Management (GM) and FM functionalities, including grants tracking, budgeting, reporting, and financial monitoring.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements and ensure SAP configurations align with business processes.

• Provide expert-level advice on best practices, regulations, and reporting.
• Conduct system testing, including User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and support the resolution of issues related to SAP GM and SAP FM.

• Perform system upgrades and apply patches, ensuring continuous improvements to SAP GM and FM functionalities.

• Support grant-related month-end and year-end closing processes, ensuring all financial data related to grants is properly accounted for and reported.

• Maintain documentation for SAP Grant Management and FM processes, configurations, and user guides.

• Identify opportunities to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the grant management process within SAP.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Technology, or a related field.

• Minimum of 6+ years of hands-on experience in SAP Grant Management (GM) and FM module configuration, implementation, and support.

• Experience working with complex grant-related workflows, including budgeting, fund allocation, and financial monitoring.

• Excellent knowledge of financial reporting standards, regulatory compliance, and grant management and FM regulations.

• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues in SAP GM and FM modules.

• Excellent communication skills to collaborate with business stakeholders and provide clear documentation and training.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on continuous improvement.

• SAP certification in Grant Management or FM is a plus.

• Project management experience and familiarity with implementation methodologies are an advantage

Scope of Services

The Services required are set out as follows:

Planning

1. Assist in school-initiated projects and provide project updates to the HOD / ICT and prepare any relevant documentation and guidelines pertaining to the project.
2. Assist school in the implementation of ICT programmes and ensure MOE policies and guidelines are strictly adhered to.
3. Assist the HOD / ICT and ICT Manager in ICT Inventory and asset management.
4. Supervise and coordinate tasks with other ICT Support Personnel in the school (Desktop Engineers (DEs) and vendors).
5. Assist in planning for a structured ICT training programmes for all staff and students.
6. Assist in setting up monitoring processes for all ICT related programmes or activities.

Administrative

1. Assist in design, maintenance and upkeep of the school website.
2. Design posters and collaterals for school.
3. Photography and Videography needs for the school, including pre and post productions. AI related works will be advantageous.
4. Compile students’ ICT works and projects for showcase and archival.
5. Conduct timely online survey to evaluate the effectiveness of the ICT courses and resources.
6. Assist the e-Supervisor (e-Sup) in physical setup of e-Oral and e- Listening Comprehension examinations.
7. Provide Audio Visual (AV) support to School on events and daily activities.

Support in Teaching and Learning

1. Assist the HOD / ICT and teachers in the integration of ICT tools in teaching and learning.
2. Assist HOD / ICT and ICT Manager in driving an e-learning ICT culture to expand teaching and learning.
3. Assist in implementation of e-learning activities.

Management of Resources

1. Assist the HOD / ICT and work closely with ICT Manager with managing the school’s resources such as the replacement and condemnation of ICT equipment, and the managing of loaning of ICT equipment.
2. Assist the HOD / ICT and ICT Manager with managing and optimizing the Learning Management System (LMS) tools and resources.

Qualification, Skill & Experience of the Contractor’s Personnel

The Personnel shall minimally have the following:

1. Minimum diploma, preferably in multimedia, design, computer studies or information technology related.
2. Must have at least 12 months of relevant work experience, preferably in a primary school environment.
3. Proficient in Office Suite (Microsoft 365 Suite & Google Office Suite including Google Classroom)
4. Proficient in Adobe Media editing softwares such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Audition, AI Related softwares, etc.
5. Proficient in Apple Media editing softwares such as iMovie, Final Cut Pro, Garageband, Logic Pro and Motion, AI Related softwares, etc.
6. Proficient in Design Media Softwares such as InDesign, Photoshop, Ilustrator, Canva, AI Related softwares, etc.

Job Description & Requirements

We are looking for a motivated Hadoop Engineer with 3 years of hands-on experience in managing Cloudera Hadoop environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Optimized Hadoop algorithms
• Monitor Hadoop cluster performance and ensure service availability
• Handle incident management and perform vendor log collection for Cloudera products
• Execute application stop-start and configuration requests as per operational needs
• Perform job failure analysis queue management and resource allocation
• Perform NiFi template migrations
• Contribute to backup and recovery operations for critical datasets
