We are seeking a responsible and experienced IT Engineer to support the

development, maintenance and enhancement of web applications and digital systems for

Role Overview

The Program Manager is responsible for end-to-end management of customer programs and projects for Fu Yu Singapore, supporting customers globally. This role oversees multiple programs across different stages of the product lifecycle, from project initiation and development through NPI and mass production.

In addition to direct project ownership, the Program Manager leads, mentors, and manages a team of Program Engineers, ensuring disciplined program execution, cross-functional alignment, and consistent delivery performance across Fu Yu’s regional manufacturing sites.

Key Responsibilities

1. Program & Project Management

• Own and manage multiple customer programs concurrently from project award through mass production

• Define project scope, objectives, timelines, deliverables, and success criteria

Qualifications & Experience

Job Responsibilities:

1. Automation System Design & Implementation

· Design, develop and implement automation solutions for manufacturing processes to improve productivity, quality and cost efficiency.

· Integrate automation systems with injection moulding machines, assembly machines, conveyors, vision systems and testing equipment.

2. Injection Moulding & Assemble Automation Support (Added Advantage)

· Support automation integration for injection moulding machines, including robot take-out, insert loading, degating and post-moulding operations.

Job description

·       Perform incoming, in-process and outgoing inspections based on inspection plans and technical requirements.

·       Record and analyze measurement results, highlighting abnormalities for escalation.

·       Identify and control non-conforming products and support corrective actions.

·       Monitor calibration status and ensure all measuring equipment is valid and fit for use.

·       Maintain accurate quality records and ensure compliance with applicable standards

·       Assist engineers, support audits, and coordinate quality-related issues with departments

·       Participate in improvement activities and provide feedback on recurring issues.

·       Maintain equipment, ensure proper handling of tools, and perform assigned duties.

·       Work in both office and production environments with adherence to safety requirements

Job requirements

·       Minimum GCE O/A Level or NTC, with technical qualification in Engineering or Quality related field preferred.

·       Candidate should have at least 3 years of experience in a Quality role within a plastic injection moulding environment.

·       Experience in inspection, measurement, and quality control processes is an advantage.

·       Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings (GD&T) is an advantage.

·       Familiar with measurement equipment (e.g. CMM, Keyence, Smart Scope, vision system, caliper, micrometer).
