F&B Manager – Indoor Activity Park Café Operations

Description

• Instruct and manage guests of all ages participating in a variety of activities at the DreamUs Parks.
• Ensure all participants always adhere to safety protocols and postures - Do safety checks on all equipment and facilities in accordance with the standard operating procedures and upkeep of the overall play park ambience.
• Complete housekeeping assignments including and not limited to general cleanliness and sanitization of crew and guest’s areas.
• Be prepared to assume various lead roles in the parks, including and not limited to Camp Leader, Super Camp Supervisor, Party Host / Program Host. On Job Training and skills training will be provided prior to deployment.

*** To be able to work 3 days a week, including 1 weekend

Oversee and Manage Online and Offline Operations

• Supervise the tracking, management, and fulfillment of online orders, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
• Coordinate merchandise restocks, deliveries, and event setups/tear-downs.
• Monitor the performance and efficiency of product management across all online and offline channels.

Team Collaboration and Customer Service

• Work closely with the customer service team to handle escalated complaints, feedback, and service recovery efforts.
• Train and guide the team to ensure consistency in service standards and processes.

Inventory and Stock Control

• Oversee storage, inventory, and product management to ensure optimal stock levels and prevent shortages.
• Conduct and approve monthly stock counts and review total inventory reports for accuracy and discrepancies.
• Analyze stock movement data and ensure proper shelf occupancy at physical stores.

Strategic Product and Visual Merchandising

• Lead the implementation of visual merchandising strategies across various channels and platforms.
• Forecast needs for sales, manpower, and stock availability based on trends and analytics.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to align merchandising efforts with campaigns.

System and Backend Management

• Oversee backend product management processes using systems like Roller and DLabel.
• Ensure efficient product tracking and movement between storage and sales channels.

Housekeeping and Office Management

• Ensure a tidy and organized workspace, including merchandise and storage areas.

Reporting and Analysis

• Provide detailed monthly reports on sales, inventory, and merchandising performance to senior management.
• Identify areas for improvement and recommend actionable solutions.

Other Duties

• Support other functions and tasks as assigned by the Manager or Management Team.

Role Overview

The Program & Events Executive supportsthe planning and execution of daily programs, seasonal events, and specialexperiences across all parks. This role is hands-on and operational, ensuringthat all activities are well-prepared, smoothly executed, and engaging forguests, while supporting the team in driving attendance, repeat visits, andoverall guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

1. Evergreen Programs (Daily & Monthly Activities)

- Assist in executing daily classes andmonthly competitions
- Prepare and organise materials, props, and activity kits
- Support content setup and on-ground facilitation
- Brief part-time staff on activity flow and instructions
- Track attendance and collect basic feedback from guests

2. Festival & Holiday Events

- Assist in event setup, decoration, andteardown
- Support activity station operations and crowd flow
- Ensure all event materials and logistics are ready on time
- Help manage guest experience on-ground (queues, participation)
- Work closely with operations team during event days

3. Special Events (e.g. Spark Nights / Themed Events)

- Support preparation and execution ofspecial programs and performances
- Assist with event scheduling and coordination
- Ensure smooth guest flow and engagement during sessions
- Help track participation and feedback

4. Learning Journey Programs (Schools)

- Assist in preparing learning materialsand activity setups
- Support facilitation of student groups
- Help manage rotation timing and group flow
- Ensure materials are fully prepared before sessions

5. Corporate Programs

- Assist in setup and execution ofcorporate events
- Prepare activity materials and logistics
- Support facilitators in managing large groups
- Ensure smooth program flow and coordination

6. Partnerships & Sponsorship Support

- Support setup of sponsored booths andactivations
- Ensure proper branding placement in park
- Assist in coordinating with vendors/partners on-site

Requirements

- 1–2 years of experience in events,customer experience, childcare, or hospitality
- Fresh graduates with relevant internship experience are welcome
- Comfortable with hands-on, on-ground work (weekends/public holidays required)
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Able to work in a fast-paced, family-oriented environment

Job Responsibilities

• Takes a proactive role in maintaining SuperPark Singapore’s guest service standards.
• Monitor, motivate and develop park activities that constantly delivers awesome experience to our guests.
• Keep safety as the focus while instructing/managing our guests in a variety of sports-oriented activities, programs and/or learning journeys.
• Be proactive with guests to answer questions and be flexible in resolving guest situations via face-to-face, mobile, or other digital communication channels.
• Be prepared to assume various lead roles in the park, including and not limited to Party Host, Program Host, Camp Leader and/or Super Camp Supervisor.
• Proactively seeks to promote park offerings, including membership passes, birthday parties, programs, and merchandise in response to guests' needs.
• Complete housekeeping assignments including and not limited to general cleanliness of crew and guest areas, safety checks on all equipment and facilities per the SOP and upkeeping of the overall play park ambience.
• All other ad-hoc duties assigned.
