Job Responsibilities

• Assist QP in carrying out supervision for Architectural works and related works.
• Manage the Project in the aspects of progress control, quality control, variation/cost control, safety control, environmental control, etc.
• Assist Client / Consultants in monitoring and coordination of Architectural works to facilitate project completion, regulatory inspections, and handover.
• Report critical and/or major issues to Client / Consultants and provide recommendations.
• Liaise and coordinate with Client / Consultants to resolve on-site technical issues.
• Manage a team of site staff and lead the supervision of architectural works.

Job Requirements

• Degree in Architecture or equivalent from a University recognized by Board of Architects, with minimum 5 years of relevant working experience.
• Strong knowledge of Architectural details, drawings and local construction practices.
• Basic knowledge of C&S and M&E shop drawings.
• Familiar with local codes and regulations
• Experience in the supervision of building construction, architectural and fitting out works.
• Good leadership, communication and interpersonal skills

· Responsible for the co-ordination of work on site and ensure construction safety.

Undertake any other duties related to the project assigned.

Job Requirements:

· Minimum Diploma in Civil Engineering or equivalent from Singapore Polytechnic or other tertiary institutions of equivalent standing

· National Certificate on Construction Supervision from BCA or equivalent preferred

· Possess at least 5 years of site supervision experience, preferably in building works

· Registered as Resident Technical Officer accredited by IES/ACES

· Proficient in MS Word, Excel and Project for project update and reports

· Familiar with local codes & regulations

· Good communication and interpersonal skill

Job Description

• Assist Project Manager in handling daily operations at multiple school sites
• Manage multiple stakeholders at sites to respond to site issues, updating of progress as and when required
• Plan, monitor and supervise contractors in carrying out planned and ad-hoc installation works
• Carry out regular inspection at the sites to ensure functionality and reliability
• Follow up with contractors on defects rectification after completion of servicing works
• Ensure contractors carry out works in accordance with contract requirements

Job Requirements:

• Minimum Higher NITEC within functions in facilities management/real estate management/electrical engineering/mechanical engineering and equivalent
• Comes with ideally 1 year of experience with internship experience inclusive
• Good communication skills with ability to establish and maintain good rapport with stakeholders
• Excellent decision making and problem solving skills with proven ability to work under pressure

Job Responsibilities:

· To assist the Resident Engineer in supervision and inspection of architectural works on site

· To inspect and monitor quality of architectural finishing materials delivered to site, and quality of workmanship

· To carry out supervision and co-ordination of architectural works of the project and shall exercise all reasonable skill, care and diligence in the discharge of the contract

· To ensure timely submission of shop drawings, technical submittals and material samples by the contractors

· To supervise the execution of the construction works and ensure the works are carried out by the contractors in accordance with contract specifications and drawings, complying with quality and standards

Job Requirements:

· ITC (Higher NITEC/NTC-2 NITEC) equivalent or higher, in Architecture or Building Services, Engineering or related disciplines from a recognized institution

· Minimum 5 years of site supervision experience

· Past working experiences in healthcare/residential/institutional building projects is preferred

· Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel for project update and reports

· Good communication and interpersonal skills

· A good team player and experience in assisting Resident Engineer in supervision of works

· Conversant with local construction practices, codes & regulations
