Roles & Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily construction activities on site to achieve project progress and quality targets in collaboration with the Project Manager
• Enforce compliance with safety, environmental, and QA/QC regulations throughout all construction works
• Communicate clear installation instructions to subcontractors to ensure adherence to approved construction drawings and specifications
• Identify and resolve construction challenges, safety risks, and technical issues promptly to maintain project continuity
• Develop installation sequences and detailed micro schedules for façade elements based on construction drawings
• Coordinate site installation and quality matters with Main Contractor, subcontractors, vendors, and RTO/RE for inspections and testing
• Monitor, document, and update daily project and site progress reports accurately
• Maintain comprehensive records of site inspection reports, material deliveries, and site activities for project tracking
• Plan and manage timely delivery of site materials and equipment to optimize resource utilization
• Support Project Manager in preparing and submitting material samples and mock-ups for approval within project timelines

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a site engineer specializing in aluminum and glazing design
• Proficient in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office software to support design and reporting tasks
• Strong organizational and communication skills to coordinate effectively across teams
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Civil, Structural Engineering, or a related field
• Experience with curtain wall projects is advantageous
• Positive, collaborative team player with a willingness to learn and adapt

Job Summary

Perform rope access tasks including selecting and maintaining equipment, directing hoisting operations, conducting safety checks, and completing work to client satisfaction in construction and facade installation settings.

Responsibilities

• Select appropriate cables, ropes, pulleys, winches, blocks, and slings for fixed overhead structures to ensure safe and effective operations
• Direct workers engaged in hoisting machinery and equipment to maintain safety and efficiency
• Complete required paperwork such as tracking rope hours and safety documents accurately and timely
• Participate actively in on-the-job training with on-site personnel to enhance skills and knowledge
• Maintain rope equipment and conduct regular equipment checks to ensure operational safety
• Utilize shared equipment responsibly to minimize damage and extend usability
• Apply knowledge of health and safety procedures to maintain a safe work environment
• Identify and report unsafe practices or equipment damage promptly to supervisors
• Conduct daily job site hazard assessments and lead pre-work safety meetings to mitigate risks
• Attend safety meetings and contribute relevant input to improve workplace safety
• Complete assigned work scope fully and to the satisfaction of clients

Required competencies and certifications

• Valid and current IRATA Level 1 Certification
• Ability to work at high elevations safely
• Medical self-certification per IRATA confirming ability to bend, kneel, climb, squat, and maintain full range of motion
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs unassisted and operate hand tools
• Successful completion of a pre-access alcohol and drug test

WE ARE HIRING – CLASS 4 DRIVER (TRUCK OPERATIONS)

We are looking for a committed and responsible Class 4 Driver who can perform under pressure, handle site challenges, and deliver results without excuses.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Drive company vehicles (Tipper trucks, lorries) safely and efficiently to and from project sites.
• Transport manpower, materials, and equipment to designated locations according to project schedules.
• Conduct daily vehicle checks and maintenance (oil, water, tires, brakes, cleanliness, etc.) before and after use.
• Ensure proper loading and securing of materials, including tools, machinery, and facade/plumbing components.
• Strictly follow traffic laws, safety regulations, and company transport policies at all times.
• Assist site teams with loading/unloading and movement of materials when required.
• Maintain accurate trip records, mileage logs, and fuel usage reports.
• Perform deliveries under tight schedules and changing site conditions (dust, soil, uneven terrain, or rain).
• Be flexible to support site activities, ad-hoc deliveries, and emergency transport needs.
• Coordinate with site supervisors, storekeepers, and engineers to ensure smooth material flow and punctuality.
• Represent the company with professional attitude, proper grooming, and discipline.
• Report vehicle defects or accidents immediately to management for prompt action.
• Always adhere to PPE and site safety standards when entering work areas.
• Assist during non-driving hours in site logistics, cleaning, or equipment shifting when required.
• Work long hours, weekends, and Public Holidays to meet project deadlines — because we deliver when others stop.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Valid Singapore Class 4 Driving License (manual transmission preferred).
• Minimum 10 years’ experience in driving for construction or maintenance works.
• Familiar with Singapore road network, site access, and industrial zones.
• Able to handle long working hours, pressure, and multiple delivery tasks daily.
• Must be physically fit to assist in manual loading/unloading at site.
• Clean driving record with no major traffic violations.
• Must be ready to work in dusty, muddy, or tight site environments.
• Willing to work night shifts, weekends, and Public Holidays whenever required.
• High sense of discipline, responsibility, and teamwork.
• Must be punctual, respectful, and reliable — no excuses, no shortcuts.
• Can communicate clearly in English or basic site language with supervisors and workers.
• Able to follow instructions accurately and deliver on time every time.
