SENIOR ART DIRECTOR

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead the Creative Charge: Contribute to, guide, and elevate the overall creative output of an award-winning team.

Requirements:

• 5–7 years of experience in art direction within a creative or advertising agency.

• A strong portfolio that demonstrates exceptional craft in design and concept development across integrated campaigns.

• Experience working across fully integrated campaigns (TV/video, digital, social, OOH, etc.).

• Exceptional craft in art direction and concept development, with the ability to translate ideas into visually compelling campaigns across platforms.

• Strong communication and collaboration skills — you work well with others and know how to take feedback and make the work better.

• Strong organizational skills and comfort juggling multiple projects and priorities.

• A natural team player who thrives in a collaborative creative environment.

• Highly detail-oriented and process-driven, without losing sight of big ideas.

• Deep understanding of local (Singapore) and regional markets — you know what resonates here and across Asia.

The Senior Account Director is a key strategic leader within the agency, responsible for driving client success, agency growth, and team development. This role builds upon the Account Director position, with expanded responsibilities in strategic leadership, business development, and cross-functional collaboration. You will serve as a trusted advisor to senior clients, lead high-impact campaigns, and ensure the delivery of award-winning work that meets both creative and commercial objectives.

Job Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership

• Lead strategic communications planning across multiple accounts, ensuring alignment with client business goals and market opportunities.

Requirements:

• Tertiary qualification in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• 8–10+ years of experience in creative communications, with proven success in leading regional or multi-market accounts.

ACCOUNT DIRECTOR

BLKJ Havas is looking for an Account Director who sits at the heart of the agency — driving excellence in client partnership, strategic execution, and integrated delivery. You will lead key client accounts end-to-end, shaping impactful creative communications, guiding teams towards executional excellence, and ensuring strong commercial and operational outcomes.

As an Account Director, you act as a trusted partner to clients, translating strategic insight into meaningful creative work that drives both brand and business results — while contributing to the agency’s ambition to deliver innovative, award winning campaigns that live in culture.

Job Responsibilities:

Client Partnership & Account Ownership

• Lead senior client relationships and act as the accountable owner for all creative communication across your accounts.

The Creative Director will be driving the creation of compelling copy and conceptual ideas that meet both client objectives and agency standards. The role requires a balance of creative thinking, leadership, and a deep understanding of the advertising landscape, ensuring that the work produced is both strategically sound and creatively inspiring. You will be responsible for shaping how AI enhances storytelling, design, and the execution of integrated, cross-channel campaigns, while mentoring teams to embrace emerging technologies in their creative workflows todevelop ground-breaking creative content.

• Lead AI-driven creative strategy across brand, digital, and experiential platforms.
• Creates high-quality deliverables and generates new and innovative ideas, alongside partners and under the supervision of ECD

Requirements:

• Proven experience in creative leadership within an advertising agency, innovation lab or similar environment, especially in a client-facing capacity.
• Deep understanding of generative AI tools (e.g. Midjourney, Runway, Sora, etc) with familiarity in machine learning concepts, data-driven design, and creative automation.
• Ability to bridge creative vision with technical feasibility.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment
• Exceptional communication, storytelling and analytical skills, coupled with a strategic mindset.
