About The Role

As an Associate Executive, Procurement in ALPS, you will be based in one of the 27 public healthcare institutions (PHI) in Singapore, you will be responsible for the Procurement and Contract Management services within the PHI. Working in a team you will provide proactive planning and value add to the procurement category you are in-charge of. You will also communicate closely with hospital users and ALPS vendors to support in the hospital’s daily operations for patients’ care.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure that procurement of products and services are always carried out in a fair and objective manner in compliance to procurement policies and ensure timely deliveries.

Job Purpose

To support and manage procurement-related stock control and inventory management activities to ensure optimal availability of healthcare supplies, medical consumables, and equipment. The role ensures inventory accuracy, cost efficiency, regulatory compliance, and uninterrupted supply to support patient care operations within a public healthcare environment.

1. Manage a good physical layout and maximise storage space
2. Maintain effective inventory control systems for the central and sub stores, following First In First Out (FIFO) or First Expire First Out (FEFO) method.

4. Suggest addition / reduction of par levels according to end users' usage
5. Review and co-ordinate with Purchasing to optimise holding stock to meet the department's objectives for Days Inventory On Hand (DIOH) / Material replenishment planning and also minimise the occurence of stock-outs.

Job Requirements

1. At least Degree graduate. preferbly in Supply Chain Management or Business Administration
2. OR Diploma graduate with at least 8 years of experience

About The Role

As a Senior Executive/Assistant Manager (Central Purchasing and Contract Management), you are required to be directly involved in contract transition activities, pricing setup, demand planning, central purchasing operations, and monitoring of stock health and supplier delivery performance. This role must be able to apply appropriate level of control levels to ensure consistency and reliability of supply assurance. This position also plays a vital role in engaging with stakeholders including Strategic Procurement (SP), PHIs site representative, and vendors on matters related to forecasting, demand management, inventory planning, delivery commitments that impact on supply assurance.

Key Responsibilities

• As part of onboarding of institutions to ALPS Central Warehouse (CWH) to support National Drug Resiliency and other MOH-initiated stockpiling programme, oversee the establishment of master data in SAP
• Responsible for SAP Materials Requirement Planning (MRP) setup for ALPS Central Warehouse, recommend and propose appropriate MRP parameters to ensure optimized inventory replenishment.
• Responsible for SAP Master Data Setup, including maintenance of Price List, Purchasing Data, MRP parameters, storage location, purchasing order, Purchase Info Record (PIR), Schedule Agreement (SA) and PO etc.
• Responsible for operationalizing contract cycle transition, brand change, price change etc and timely launch of purchasing process to secure stock availability at CWH upon contract commencement.
• Responsible for managing supply issues in coordination with Strategic Procurement (SP) and vendors to mitigate supply disruption to PHIs demand. This includes stock assignment to various PHIs supported by CWH, working collaboratively with the Customer Service Operations team (CSO) to ensure timely updates and broadcast of information to respective institutions.
• Engage SP teams on consumption trend, contract establishment, vendor performance and improvement initiatives.
• Compile and monitoring Inventory planning Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and ensuring KPIs target are met, and conduct root cause analysis for deviations with approrpriate actions.
• Participate in monthly meetings with vendors for continuous improvement.
• Support the generation of various reports on stock status and health for management and MOH reporting.

Requirements

• Degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field (e.g. Engineering) with minimum 3 - 4 years of relevant experience in a fast-paced environment preferably with a focus on pharmaceutical or healthcare procurement.

About The Role

As a Finance Associate Executive in ALPS HQ, you will support day-to-day finance operations, including billing, accounts receivable, accounts payable, and reconciliation activities.

Working closely with internal teams and vendors, you will help ensure transactions are processed accurately and on time, assist in tracking funds and resolving basic financial queries, and support smooth operations across PHIs.

You will also carry out administrative tasks and follow established processes to maintain accurate financial records.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure that billings are timely & accurately generated and posted and to resolve queries from customers so that there will be no delay in collection.
• Follow up with operation/sales team on billing matters to ensure all billing are completely raised and necessary credit notes are issued.
• To ensure accrued revenue is accurately posted for unbilled product and services
• Review Account Receivable Aging including sending SOA to monitor timely collection and to resolve long outstanding unpaid invoices.
• Perform cash/funds reconciliation between collection report and bank statement.
• Ensure timely submission of claims from MOH, track MOH funds received and utilisation of funds.
• Monitor day to day activities of accounts payable to ensure that vendor invoices are processed timely and queries are resolved.
• Follow up of vendor reconciliation items & open vendor items.
• Perform interco sales & purchase reconciliation and follow up open items.
• Administrative tasks as assigned.

Requirements

• Diploma in Accountancy
• Minimum with 3 to 5 years relevant experience in Finance
• Meticulous, good analytical skills, strong interpersonal skills in handling all levels of stakeholders
• Experience in using SAP will be advantageous
• Good MS Office Skills

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct price revision and implementation

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science (Pharmacy) and fully registered with Singapore Pharmacy Council (SPC)
