Role: The Maintenance Specialist/Engineer will ensure optimum reliability and functionality for Legrand Starline facilities, grounds, manufacturing equipment, and fleet.

Main Job Duties: 

·Oversees the day-to-day operations of the facility maintenance that needs to be done.
·Lead the preventative maintenance program. Develop maintenance procedures and schedules.
·Ensure maintenance work, repair work and construction projects are completed.
·Ensure the facility is well maintained through landscaping contractors and building cleanliness through custodial contractors.
·Diagnoses mechanical or electrical problems and determines best course of action for correction. Support production in troubleshooting complex machinery failures.

Responsibilities
