Role Summary

We are looking for a Functional Test Manager with strong core banking domain expertise and hands-on testing leadership across Agile and Waterfall deliveries. The role requires solid functional test ownership (planning, design, execution, defect management) along with working knowledge of test automation using Selenium + Java and BDD/Cucumber. Required Skills & Qualifications

Key Responsibilities

Requirements & Qualifications

• Experience: Minimum 3–5 years of proven sales or business development experience specifically within the professional cinema, film production, or broadcast equipment industry.
• Industry Network: A strong, pre-existing network of industry contacts (production companies, rental houses, DPs, and media networks) is highly advantageous.
• Technical Knowledge: Solid understanding of high-end cine gear, camera ecosystems, lens mechanics, and professional lighting setups.
• Attributes: Highly self-motivated, results-oriented, and capable of working independently to meet or exceed commercial sales targets.

• Partner with internal stakeholders (Product, Engineering, Data, Security) to define and translate AI/ML use cases into clear product and technical requirements
• Drive end-to-end delivery of AI/ML and Generative AI projects, from discovery and experimentation to production deployment and optimization

Requirements

• Hands-on experience supporting delivery of AI/ML or data-driven products (e.g. predictive models, recommendation systems, Generative AI applications)
• Strong understanding of Agile and Waterfall methodologies, with experience working in iterative, experimentation-driven environments
• Experience facilitating discovery workshops and translating business problems into technical requirements
• Familiarity with AI/ML workflows, including data preparation, model development, evaluation, and deployment is a strong advantage
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills (both technical and non-technical audiences)
• Proficient in tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and Microsoft Office
• Certified Agile Project Manager or equivalent certification preferred
• Experience in Media & Entertainment or Generative AI projects is a plus
