We are looking for an experienced Application Support Engineer to support critical digital platforms across web, mobile, and kiosk environments. This role focuses on ensuring system stability through deep troubleshooting, incident management, and continuous service improvement.

You will work across cloud-based systems and content platforms, collaborating with cross-functional teams to maintain high availability and performance of applications in a production environment.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for datacenter direct sales to key strategic customers; he or she is expected to achieve revenue target assigned by the company and maintain good customer relationship thereby growing the revenue over time. Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain key relationships with assigned strategic customer including developing new ones.
• Develop, execute sales strategies to achieve sales target assigned by the company.
• Support daily sales enquiries from commercial perspective and respond to RFXs including all follow-up actions to secure the deal.
• Supports sales related matters, not limited to service delivery, billing and post sales services, site visitation by customers.
• Negotiate with customers on MSA, Service Agreements and Order Forms, including working on any customer’s RFX to win the business deals.
• Liaise with internal teams to ensure the solution meet customer requirement.

Qualifications:
