• Prepare and review Control and Automation Works specifications as client requested.
• Assist the ICA Lead and manage the engineering design works for the Control System Architecture, Data Communication Networks, and Programmable Logic Controller / Distributed Control System (PLC/DCS) and Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA) and any other works as required.

• Work with cross function project team to support project activities, i.e. schedule, process, progress claims, work progress, etc.
• Manage and supervise the project execution, site installation, inspection, testing and commissioning, plant proving related to Control and automation system and interface works with other disciplines and all stakeholders.
• Attend to clients’ comments and ensure clients’ approval & acceptance to all ICA related design, installation and Testing & Commissioning Works.
• Resolve the site technical related matters.

As we continue our global expansion, we are seeking a highly motivated Assistant Tax Manager to strengthen our regional tax function, support cross-border business initiatives, and contribute to the Group's tax governance and strategic growth.

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage direct and indirect tax compliance for regional entities, ensuring timely tax filings and payments, including corporate income tax, withholding tax, GST/VAT and other applicable taxes.
• Coordinate and support tax audits and tax queries raised by external tax consultants, respective region’s tax authorities, external auditors.
• Collaborate with inhouse finance team and internal stakeholders to gather, review and provide information required for compliance and reporting purposes, where applicable.
• Conduct tax research and assess tax implications arising from any proposed business expansion opportunities of the group.
• Manage and handle tax incentive including liaising with the relevant authorities for compliance of incentive conditions where necessary.
• Provide support toad-hoc projects as and when required, including but not limited to matters related to transfer pricing, intercompany and cross-border arrangements, tax advisory and tax planning.

Job Requirements:

The ideal candidates we are looking for should be seasoned Regional Tax Professionals with:

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, Taxation or a related field.
• Min 5 years of corporate tax experience, preferably with regional exposure.
• Strong knowledge of corporate income tax, withholding tax, GST/VAT, and Transfer Pricing principles.
• Proven track record in handling tax audits and liaising with tax authorities across multiple jurisdictions.
• Priorexperience in a multinational corporation, financial services environment,technology company, or Big 4 accounting firm is highly preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and research capabilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and professional integrity.
