Job Responsibilities of Application Engineer:

• Evaluate technical requirements of sales opportunities and recommend suitable product solutions
• Advise customers on product selection for standard and specialized applications
• Review customer specifications to assess feasibility and solution fit
• Prepare and support technical proposals for standard, modified, or custom solutions
• Provide product training and technical presentations to customers
• Offer on-site support including product selection, installation guidance, and troubleshooting
• Handle and resolve technical complaints effectively
• Support marketing activities such as trade shows, promotions, and technical content development
• Gather customer feedback to support product improvements and new product development
• Assist in product launches and product line optimization initiatives
• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
• Coordinate projects and ensure clear communication across teams
• Apply structured problem-solving and process management tools

Requirement

• Degree in engineering field
• 5-10 years of application engineer experience in industrial manufacturing sector
• Comfortable with overseas travelling

Tasks :

- Own the end-to-end delivery of software releases: create and maintain project plans, balancing scope, budget, and timeline against business goals.

- Synchronize cross-functional teams (Product Managers, Engineers, QA) to align priorities, clear blockers, and ensure high-quality releases delivered on time.

- Identify and mitigate risks: raise issues early and keep stakeholders confidently informed with clear status updates.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field; Master’s degree is a plus

- 8+ years of experience in software development and project management

- Strong facilitation and influencing skills; capable to align diverse stakeholders without direct authority; excellent written and verbal communication in English.

- Proven track record delivering multi team software releases in an Agile environment -on schedule and within budget.

- Experience designing and governing high-level architecture for complex, customer-facing systems

- Ability to evaluate code quality and advocate clean, testable code (C#, Java, Python, or JavaScript).

- Hands-on familiarity with CI/CD (e.g. Git, Jenkins), Jira, and automated testing frameworks.

- Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools

Looking to expand our network team with an experienced Network Engineer.

Senior Network Engineer should have worked with :

• Enterprise level Network Experience
• Network Architecture Experience
• Hands on L1, L2, and L3 work experience within data centers.
• Perform Troubleshooting activity with various customers, and at data centers. (also able to run cables to test network connectivity)
• networks hands on experience is a must.
• Project management skills required on managing timeline, and working with Operation Team on scheduling and deadlines, as well as customers on their requirements and their timeline.
