We are looking for an SMB Account Manager to join our team in contributing to successful client relationships with clients in Indonesia. You will be responsible for making sure that clients renew their contracts and grow with LinkedIn’s Talent Solutions products and services. You will focus on a portfolio of client accounts to ensure there is engagement in products through discovery, training and ultimately guaranteeing the investment made in LinkedIn’s solutions best meet the clients’ needs. 

Responsibilities:

• Manage and execute contract renewals, upsells, and cross-sells to maximize contract value while enhancing customer relationships.
• Strong relationship builder who establishes trust and credibility with senior leaders quickly 
• Develop and maintain strategic account plans to identify customer requirements, mitigate risks, and drive on-time renewal closures.
• Establish and maintain deep relationships with multiple stakeholders across customer organizations, acting as a trusted advisor.
• Provide accurate and timely forecasts of renewals and sales opportunities within your territory.
• Utilize CRM and sales tools to drive systematic, insight-led customer engagement and maintain pipeline hygiene.
• Be a product expert: Exhibit a deep love for LinkedIn products and an ability to sell creative solutions that address customers’ unique problems. You will gather customer feedback and convey market needs to inform the Product roadmap and provide insights that strengthen our value proposition and enhance the customer experience
• Proactively share market insights with the product and marketing teams to drive strategic initiatives.
• Able to manage a large volume of over 300 accounts while still remaining uniquely personal to each.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Work with the Rider Management team to develop recruiting strategies and create innovative ways to source candidates. This includes working with local universities/colleges and community job boards to post the roles.
• Use the existing Applicant Tracking System to manage the full cycle rider recruitment, including but not limited to:
  • Validating applicants’ documents
  • Contacting and managing prospective candidates.
  • Scheduling test rides for riders.
  • Screening drivers for capability and experience.
• Scheduling onboarding sessions and ensuring sessions are all filled. You will need to follow up and re-book candidates as needed.
• Assisting with administrative functions for local leads, such as ensuring that new hire processes and documentations are completed.
• Supporting the new hires with their questions during the first few weeks (eg. first week questions regarding payroll, etc...)

1. Manage end-to-end recruitment process for interns, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selecting candidates
2. Create and maintain In/Out reports for interns, tracking their start and end dates
3. Collaborate with users to understand internship requirements and align candidate profiles with business needs
4. Ensure smooth onboarding for new interns, providing necessary orientation and resources
5. Prepare and support the signing of internship contracts, ensuring all necessary documentation is completed
6. Manage and regularly update the intern database
7. Support hiring for permanent positions as needed
8. Provide support for various administrative tasks as needed

We are looking for an HR Generalist to join our growing team in Jakarta, Indonesia. This is an individual contributor role focused on supporting employee experience, engagement, and HR operations in a fast-growing international organization.

In this role, you will:

•  Design, plan, and execute employee engagement programs and internal activities such as recognition initiatives, town halls, wellness programs, team bonding activities, and internal communications to foster a positive workplace culture.
• Conduct regular one-on-one check-ins with employees to gather feedback, understand concerns, identify engagement gaps, and proactively improve the overall employee experience.
• Take a hands-on and proactive approach in driving HR initiatives, ensuring activities are executed effectively without relying on constant direction from management.
• Review and update HR policies, SOPs, and internal practices in alignment with global HQ standards and Indonesian labour regulations.
• Manage the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, offboarding, probation follow-up, and HR documentation.
• Handle payroll and benefits administration, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with statutory requirements.
• Act as a trusted advisor and culture ambassador, supporting employees and resolving people-related matters with empathy, professionalism, and sound judgment.
• Collaborate closely with department heads and global/regional HR teams to align daily HR operations with employee needs and broader business goals.

What we expect of you:

• Minimum 8–10 years of progressive HR experience, ideally in an HR Generalist or HRBP role within an international or multinational environment.
• Strong experience in employee engagement, internal events, and culture-building initiatives.
• A proactive, hands-on, and execution-focused mindset.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust and connect with employees across levels.
• Experience in identifying employee concerns, gathering feedback, and turning insights into practical HR actions.
• Good knowledge of Indonesian Labour Law and HR compliance (e.g., UU No. 13 Tahun 2003, UU No. 11 Tahun 2020)
• Experience in managing employee lifecycle processes and HR administration.
• Familiarity with payroll and benefits processes.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced and multicultural environment.
• Professional fluency in English.

• Develop the annual HR budget projection (salaries, allowances, bonuses, insurance, training, and other HR operational costs) through a cross-department consolidation process while considering the overall company budget.
• Manage the consolidation and validation process of workforce requirements from all departments as the basis for preparing the annual Manpower Planning (MPP) document.
• Conduct periodic evaluations of the alignment between actual workforce fulfillment and the manpower plan based on available data, and prepare analysis and follow-up recommendations.
• Perform regular reconciliation and analysis between the HR budget and actual costs (Actual vs Budget), including identifying deviations and forward projections.
• Prepare periodic projections and forecasts of labor costs based on realization trends and changes in requirements.
• Present regular reports to management regarding HR cost trends and headcount movements to support decision-making.
• Conduct analysis of the labor cost to revenue ratio to support cost control and productivity evaluation.
• Prepare and provide reports on the realization of MPP and HR budgets according to the needs of related functions (Finance, Corporate Strategy, etc.).
