Responsibilities

Role Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR Operations professional to manage core HR functions across Singapore, Malaysia, and Vietnam. • Liaise with finance, vendors, and government bodies on payroll-related matters

3. Policy Setting

• Develop, review, and update HR policies and SOPs in line with employment law and business needs across SG/MY/VN

• Support implementation and change management when new policies are introduced

4. Performance Review & OTI Oversight

• Own the end-to-end performance review cycle — timeline planning, system/template setup, manager communications, and consolidation of results

• Partner with department heads to ensure fair, timely, and well-documented performance evaluations
• Maintain performance and incentive records, and generate reports/insights for leadership
