Job scope:

Job Description:

• Manage construction activities to make sure that compliance with cost, time, contract specification, health and safety, quality and environmental requirements are achieved; manage the development and implementation of programmes associated with project plans.
• Oversee and direct construction projects from conception to completion.

A registered PE or Architect with a Practicing Certificate or have 10 years of relevant experience in the design (at least 5 years in design which includes contribution to designs, writing specifications) and the supervision of the construction of structures; and have a degree accepted by PEB or BOA and construction-related degree accepted by SISV and SPM. • Monitor consultant's design progress as per submission/ detail design schedule agreed. Study consultants' design drawings and highlight the missing information, design clashes and design inconveniences for construction.

• Manage the project's design coordination works. Liaise with Clients, Consultants and Subcontractors to ensure the smooth progress of the coordination. Ensure the information between different disciplines are communicated and discussed among the team.
