We are seeking a Design Quality Engineer to support the development and qualification of semiconductor equipment, with a focus on test planning, reliability validation, and data analysis to ensure high product performance and quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute qualification test plans to validate new product designs based on customer use cases
• Design and implement Accelerated Life Testing (ALT) and stress tests for high-value components
• Perform statistical analysis on test and reliability data (e.g., DOE, Cpk, regression) and prepare technical reports
• Evaluate component and system-level quality; work closely with suppliers to drive quality improvements
• Conduct root cause analysis and troubleshooting in collaboration with engineering teams
• Ensure all defects identified during testing are logged, tracked, and resolved through corrective actions
• Maintain 5S standards and ensure proper lab safety, equipment maintenance, and calibration

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, Mechanical Engineering, or related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in semiconductor or high-tech manufacturing environment
• Strong knowledge of qualification test planning, test instrumentation, and problem-solving methodologies

Requirements:

• Advanced degree (Bachelor or Master’s degree) in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or another highly quantitative field.

We receive referrals from the Ministry of Social and Family Development (MSF) Child Protection Services to support those requiring non-statutory intervention. Grounded in a child-centred, family-focused, and community-based approach, we work alongside families to strengthen safety, resilience, and long-term wellbeing.

We are seeking a dedicated Art Therapist to join HEART@Fei Yue Child Protection Specialist Centre. In this role, you will support children and adolescents (aged 7 to 18) in their recovery from experiences of abuse, neglect, and family violence. You will work collaboratively within a multi-disciplinary team—including caseworkers, caregivers, and a clinical supervisor—to deliver trauma-informed art therapy interventions.

Responsibilities:

• Provide art therapy to children and adolescents presenting with behavioural and emotional difficulties related to trauma, attachment disruptions, loss, and adjustment challenges.
• Apply art-based, trauma-informed approaches to support emotional expression, regulation, and integration.
• Work collaboratively with caregivers to strengthen their capacity to support their child’s emotional and psychological needs, and to foster a safe and nurturing environment.
• Conduct parent-child (dyadic) sessions to strengthen attachment and support relational healing.
• Maintain and manage art therapy materials and studio spaces in a safe, organised, and therapeutic manner.

• A recognised Master’s qualification in Art Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Registered or eligible for registration with a recognised professional body (e.g., ANZACATA or equivalent).
• Some experience (e.g., minimum 1 year) working with children and families, including the provision of art therapy; experience with trauma, abuse, or neglect is an advantage.
• Good understanding of child development, trauma, and attachment, with willingness to deepen clinical practice in these areas.
• Experience in the social service sector will be an advantage.

1. Coordinate the quality assurance and quality control activities, including enforcement and inspections of architectural, structural and mechanical/electrical works.

2. Liaise, coordinate and cooperate with Other Consultants to resolve on-site design and technical/coordination issues in a timely manner.

3. Seek clarification from the SO/SOR/SORA on any apparent discrepancies between site and contract drawings, specification requirement, approved shop drawing, CSD and room book, etc. before giving any directions to the Contractor.

4. Attend & provide timely and quality advice to the other Site Staff/ RTO in resolving problems.

5. Attend relevant On-Site and Off-Site Work Inspections.

6. Attend and report on mock-up / prototype reviews.

7. Liaise with the Contractor on all issues related to compliance to site safety and health requirements.

8. Attend to Contractor’s queries and Request for Works Inspection for works in a timely manner.

9. Organize and work in tandem with the assigned Site Staff/ RTOs to conduct the daily routine checks, monitoring, inspection and review of works for compliance with design intent, plans and specifications and quality standards.

10. Monitor, assess and record on daily basis the works progress.

11. Monitor and report on the Contractor’s enforcement of safety practices.

12. Sign certification of supervision form for façade works.

13. Attend meetings & working sessions as required by the Superintending Officer (SO) appointed by the Employer under the Public Sector Standard Conditions of Contract (PSSCOC), and the Superintending Officer Representative (SOR) and Superintending Officer Assistant (SORA) appointed by the Superintending Officer (SO).

14. Organize the information gathering and compilation, and render assistance to the Other Consultants in the review of Contractor’s Claims.

15. Report regularly on the overall project status, assist with the preparation of certificate of stage completion, progress reports, design coordination, buildability and quality issues.

16. Review Contractor’s works methodology, remedial details and material submissions.

17. Organize with assigned Site Staff/ RTOs to ensure all site diaries and inspection records are kept and consolidate & file weekly.

18. Conduct regular toolbox meeting with the assigned Site Staff/ RTOs.

19. Ensure the following: stamping, recording, distribution and archival of all incoming and outgoing correspondences, technical submittals, specifications, reports, and forms including the scanned softcopies where relevant.

20. Office administration.

21. Liaise with the SRAs and REs on staff resourcing, work scheduling including over-time work.

22. Oversee and facilitate staff communication, welfare, morale, discipline and productivity Issues.

23. Conduct regular staff meetings.

24. Ancillary project duties as per SO/SOR/SORA’s instruction periodically.

25. Supervise the assigned RTOs in the performance of their duties.

26. Attend & participate in team project briefing and meetings.

27. Dissemination of updated project information to RTO’s.

28. Deputize the SRA in his absence.

29. Maintain and control access to the samples and document rooms.

• Design and development of Semiconductor Tools and mechanical systems.
