• Support the brand and creative development process as the brand continues to grow and evolve
• Design and create a wide range of graphics, including illustrations, infographics and social media content to ensure brand consistency
• Generate fresh concepts and stay up to date with industry trends to keep ahead of competitors
• Confident to discuss creative solutions to briefs and presenting concepts
• Monitor and trace performance of outputs, and optimize when necessary
• Support other design requests from the team
• Work collaboratively across different business units with different skillsets, including Marketing, Project Management and Engineers and Stakeholders to maximize creativity and quality in the user journey

Ideal candidate:

• 3+ years of creative/graphic or visual design experience
• A degree in Graphic Design / Art preferred
• Portfolio of professional works to showcase your creativity
• Proficiency in creative design tools (E.g Photoshop / Illustrator)
• Ability to clearly communicate reasons behind design decisions
• Attention to detail and artistic criteria
• Strong aesthetic skills with the ability to combine various colours, fonts, and layouts
• Ability to meet deadlines and deliver in a fast-paced environment
• Able to prioritize daily tasks, and manage overall workload to meet critical task deadlines
• An independent conceptual thinker able to turn ideas into beautiful visuals
• Able to think creatively and resourceful in finding cost-efficient and effective ways to problem-solving
• Able to start within short notice would be an added advantage

WorkYou’ll Do

• Overseeing the design and development of complex architectural projects, ensuring adherence to client requirements, budgets, and timelines

• Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including designers, engineers, and project managers, to deliver innovative and sustainable architectural solutions
• Adhering to design specifications, building codes and regulations to ensure design compliant
• Conducting site visits, managing client relationships, and presenting design proposals to stakeholders
• Staying up-to-date with the latest industry trends, regulations, and best practices in architecture
• Contributing to the firm's business development efforts by identifying new opportunities and participating in pitch presentations

Qualifications

• Degree in Architecture or equivalent
• Minimum of 4 years of post-qualification experience in the architecture industry, preferably in a senior or lead role
• Registered Architect with the Board of Architects Singapore (BOA), holding a valid practicing certificate is an advantage
• Familiarity with local building codes and regulations in Singapore
• Exceptional technical skills, including proficiency in CAD software, 3D modelling, and other industry-standard design tools
• Proven project management experience, with the ability to manage multiple projects and lead cross-functional teams effectively
• Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and decision-making abilities, with a focus on delivering high-quality, innovative designs
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex technical information to diverse stakeholders
