Job Description

• Assist (Senior) Design manager, supervise architectural works and ensure all works are carried out in compliance with standards, safety & environment regulations
• Manage the drawing submission schedules based on the planned work progress
• Coordinate and review all design matters with LTA, authorities, consultants, subcontractors, etc.
• Manage and control design deliverables related to BIM, technical, contractual and cost issues
• Manage subcontractors, review shop drawings to check to meet all design requirements
• Plan and Manage Architectural work progress scheduling, etc.

Job Requirements,

• Minimum 7 years of experience with Degree / Diploma in relevant architectural field in the construction supervision of architectural works for projects
• LTA / Building experience will be beneficial as current ongoing project is related to MRT.
• Relevant experience in construction company
• Good knowledge of structure and architectural details

Requirements

Polytechnic Diploma in Architecture

At least 8 years of relevant experience

Roles & Responsibilities

Assist in BIM Management and set up BIM execution plan.

To attend BIM meeting with Clients / Consultants.

To check clash report and presentation.

To co-ordinates-built BIM for project completion to clients.

Co-ordinates with other discipline Architectural / Structural / M&E to develop BIM drawing.

Set up Common Data Environment (CDE) for documentation and coordination (Tender requirements) so that office and site can access same data.

Mandate all (Main-con and Sub-con) to extract shop drawing from BIM Model. To ensure 2D Drawings and 3D Drawings are align.

To prepare template for Asset Information Model (Facility Maintenance Stage) for future BIM projects tender requirements.

Support tender in BIM scope of works when needed.

To attend technical meetings when required.

Own end-to-end Salesforce architecture for large-scale digital programmes, delivering secure, scalable, and compliant solutions across multiple Salesforce clouds.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Salesforce architecture across Sales, Service, Experience, Marketing, and Data Cloud.
• Define scalable data models, security architecture, and integration patterns (API-first).
• Drive technical design workshops, architecture reviews, and solution governance.
• Establish Salesforce governance standards (DevOps, CI/CD, release management, data quality).
• Ensure compliance with regulatory frameworks (e.g., PDPA) and enterprise security standards.
• Lead integrations using REST/SOAP and middleware platforms (e.g., AWS).
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to internal teams and vendors.

Requirements

• 8+ years of Salesforce experience, including 3+ years as a Salesforce Architect.
• Strong hands-on experience with Apex, LWC, SOQL, Flows, and Salesforce security models.
• Expertise in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud; Data Cloud exposure preferred.
• Experience with DevOps tools (GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps).
• Salesforce CTA (or in progress); Architect certifications highly preferred.
• Strong stakeholder management and enterprise architecture alignment experience.
