Position Summary

• Possess a Diploma in any field with at least 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the distribution of consumer products.

職責：

• 負責CV2住宿的預訂運營，包括OTA平台、線上預訂管道和酒店管理系統（PMS）。該職位確保高效處理預訂、妥善管理客房庫存，並為前台提供營運支持，包括客人入住、退房、創建預訂和支付交易。同時，該職位還需與前台和行銷團隊緊密合作，以最大限度地提高客房入住率和客人滿意度。

要求 ：

1）預訂管理

• 管理所有住宿預訂，包括直接預訂、線上預訂和OTA管道，以確保準確性、合理的房間分配和最佳入住率。

2) OTA 和線上通路管理

• 與行銷部協調，管理OTA平台和線上預訂管道，更新客房庫存、價格、可用性和促銷活動。

3）物業管理系統（PMS）管理

• 在飯店管理系統 (PMS) 中維護準確的預訂記錄，包括預訂建立、修改、取消和預訂追蹤。

4）前台營運支持

• 根據需要履行前台職責，包括客人入住、退房、建立預訂、支付交易和回覆客人諮詢。

5）庫存和預訂監控

• 監控房間供應狀況和預訂趨勢，避免超額預訂，確保住宿單位得到合理利用。

6）客戶服務與問題解決

• 處理與預訂相關的諮詢，並專業地協助解決預訂問題或客人投訴。

7）報告與預訂分析

• 準備預約報告、預訂摘要、OTA業績報告和入住率統計數據，供管理層審核。

8）週報和月報

• 準備各OTA平台每周和每月的總收入、預訂表現和預訂統計數據報告，供管理層審核。

9）跨部門協調

• 與前台團隊緊密合作，確保客人順利抵達和離開，並與行銷部門協調，以支援促銷、活動和線上預訂策略。
