Position Overview

The AI Operations Specialist is a hands-on, technical-operations leader responsible for building and scaling AI-driven workflows across a fast-growing accounting and back-office services organization. • Liaising and coordinating with external third parties such as other Loan Administration team, Borrowers, Lenders, Trustees and Agent Banks 

• Review and distribute loan reports as agreed with clients 

• Follow established procedures related to loan documentation/processing activities and make recommendations to support process improvement and risk management

About the Role 

As a Sales Representative at Hosting.com, you will be the first point of contact for potential customers reaching out via live chat, support tickets, and/or voice calls. Your primary responsibility will be to assess their hosting needs, offer tailored recommendations, and guide them seamlessly through the sales process.

About the Role

We are looking for a highly organised and detail-driven Executive Assistant (Finance & Operations Support) to work directly with our COO and support high-level executive operations.

This role is primarily focused on C-level executive support, requiring strong organisational skills, discretion, and the ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced environment. In addition, the role will provide support to finance operations, particularly in bookkeeping, documentation, and compliance tasks.

This is a critical role that ensures both executive efficiency and operational continuity across the business.

Key Responsibilities

Executive Support (Primary Focus)

• Provide high-level administrative support to the COO
• Manage schedules, priorities, and executive communications
• Handle confidential information with a high level of discretion

Finance & Bookkeeping Support (Secondary)

• Manage and maintain day-to-day financial records and smaller books

Basic Qualifications:

• You will perform daily cash and position reconciliations; investigate breaks.
• You will book entries in the accounting system (enfusion)
• You will monitor, book, and reconcile bank debt activity and do fund expense reporting and payments
• You will report to the front office and management (e.g., risk reporting, margin, financing)
• You will do monthly NAV review. GL, PL, and position reconciliations
• You will liaise with the fund administrator throughout the month-end process. Reconcile the NAV pack and investor statements
• You will do other adhoc tasks including do regular client reporting as well as financial statement tie-outs: be responsible for reconciling source data against financial statements
