About the Role:

Responsibilities:

To ensure finance operations for BU account are operating at an optimal level

• Assist in establishing strong accounting processes and periodically review and improve existing processes and to ensure compliance with contract requirements, local FRS and US GAAP (revenue and cost recognition) standards.

• Reconcile financial data between the inventory system and Workday, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timely updates.

ROLE OVERVIEW

The Digital Experience Designer is a pivotal role at the intersection of design, technology, and commerce. You will be responsible for the end-to-end digital experience on the prettyFIT website — ensuring every page is visually cohesive, intuitively navigable, and optimized to convert browsers into buyers. Roles & Responsibilities

Job Descriptions:

· Performing various skin treatments according to clients’ needs, such as facial/skin treatments.

· Scheduling clients’ appointments

· Data entry of client's information

· Keep documentation and maintain clients’ files

· Perform pre-treatment and after treatment consultation

· Acknowledge and respond to relevant clients’ queries, needs and expectations

· Suggest and promote retail products or additional services

· Stock taking

· Ensure treatment rooms are clean and neat

· Any other administrative task when required

Requirements:

· Good communications and interpersonal skills

· Well-groomed

· Positive attitude and good team player

· Excellent interpersonal skills, time management and organization skills

· Sale oriented, service oriented and customer focused

· Able to work shifts, weekends and Public Holidays
