We are a reputable aluminium and glazing company specializing in the design, fabrication, and installation of façade systems, curtain walls, windows, doors, and architectural glass solutions. We are committed to delivering high-quality workmanship, precision detailing, and innovative solutions across residential, commercial, and industrial projects. We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Contract Executive to join our team.
Responsibilities:
• Administer and manage both pre-contract and post-contract activities, ensuring compliance with contractual requirements and project objectives.
• Liaise and coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and relevant stakeholders on contractual and commercial matters.
• Prepare cost estimates, project budgets, and cost plans to support project feasibility and financial control.
• Monitor and control project costs, ensuring expenditures remain within approved budgets.
• Prepare, evaluate, and negotiate quotations, tenders, and subcontractor proposals.
• Manage and prepare Variation Orders (VO), including cost analysis, valuation, and submission to clients for approval.
• Review contract documents, specifications, and drawings to identify contractual obligations, risks, and opportunities.
• Prepare and submit progress claims, payment certifications, and supporting documentation.
• Prepare, negotiate, and finalize Final Accounts with clients, consultants, and subcontractors.
• Maintain accurate contract records and documentation, ensuring timely reporting and proper filing of contractual correspondence.
Requirements:
- Degree/ Diploma in Quantity Surveying / Construction Management
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Project and Autocad
- 1 - 3 years working experience in Aluminium & Glazing Works
