This is a hands-on role suitable for someone organised, reliable, and comfortable working with physical products, clients, and on-site operations. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the day-to-day readiness of our Singapore showroom and photobooth experience space
• Support photobooth kiosks deployed across Singapore, including regular checks, maintenance, and consumables refill
• Assist with event deployments, including packing, setup, testing, teardown, and on-site support
• Conduct basic troubleshooting for photobooth machines, printers, cameras, lighting, touchscreens, and payment systems
• Coordinate with clients, venues, suppliers, contractors, and logistics partners
• Track inventory, spare parts, printer media, tools, and operational supplies
• Prepare machines before deployments and ensure they are clean, functional, and presentable
• Report operational issues clearly and work with the internal team to improve reliability

Requirements:

• Diploma, degree, or relevant experience in operations, events, logistics, retail, technical support, or related fields
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• Hands-on, organised, responsible, and willing to learn
• Comfortable travelling to different locations in Singapore for kiosk checks or event support
• Basic technical confidence with computers, printers, cameras, or hardware is preferred
• Good communication skills and ability to coordinate with different stakeholders
• Interest in photobooths, retail experiences, events, or creative technology is a plus
• Mandarin communication is a plus for supplier coordination
