Position Summary

• The Production Control Manager is responsible for planning, coordinating, and controlling all production scheduling, material control, and project progress activities for semiconductor cleaning equipment assembly projects.
• This position plays a key role in ensuring smooth assembly operations, on-time delivery, and efficient resource utilization while meeting quality, cost, and customer requirements. The manager will work closely with procurement, engineering, warehouse, quality assurance, project management teams, Japanese customers, and Japan HQ to coordinate production schedules and project execution.

Key Responsibilities

1. Production Planning & Scheduling

Develop and manage master production schedules for semiconductor cleaning equipment assembly projects.

Coordinate manpower allocation and production loading based on project priorities and customer delivery requirements.

Monitor daily production progress and adjust schedules to minimize delays and bottlenecks.

Issue and control production work orders and assembly schedules.

2. Material Control & Inventory Management

Coordinate with procurement and warehouse teams to ensure timely material availability.

3. Project Coordination & Customer Communication

The Assistant Nurse Manager (HPC & HPC+) supports the Nurse Manager in providing clinical leadership, governance and operational oversight for Home Personal Care (HPC) and Enhanced Home Personal Care (HPC+) services. Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related built environment discipline.
• 8 years of working experience in the construction sector handling large infra projects
• Relevant experience in project management, tendering, costing
• Relevant experience in sales, or commercial roles within the construction or infrastructure sector.
• Strong understanding of construction project cycles, tender processes, client management, and technical proposal coordination.
