About the Role

We are seeking a passionate and detail-oriented K-POP Merchandise Operations Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing Korean Pop merchandise assortments, monitoring industry trends, optimizing inventory performance, and supporting data-driven business decisions. Key Responsibilities

• Source and manage K-POP merchandise, including product selection, onboarding, and documentation.

• Recommend and adjust product assortments based on market insights and sales performance.
• Coordinate and monitor new product launches to ensure timely availability.

Requirements

• Strong knowledge and passion of the K-POP industry and Chinese entertainment market, including photocards, albums, and merchandise products.
• Candidates with experience in merchandise planning, retail operations, inventory management and e-commerce is preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and strong analytical skills.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work in a fast-paced retail or merchandising environment.

Job Summary

Responsibilities

• Perform routine inspections, maintenance, repairs, and replacement of defective parts on machinery and subsea equipment to ensure operational reliability
• Conduct preventive maintenance to reduce equipment and system failures and improve operational efficiency
• Conduct pre-deployment and post-recovery inspection, testing, and servicing of underwater equipment to ensure readiness and functionality
