This role requires working with our client who is a leading superapp in Southeast Asia, providing a wide range of services including mobility, food delivery and digital payments.

Work Schedule and Hours: Monday - Friday, 10am - 7pm (inclusive of a 1-hour lunch break)

Responsibilities:

• Pitch deals solutions to prospective F&B and retail partners through face-to-face and virtual engagements

• Lead commercial negotiations, close merchant deals, and secure participation in marketing and deals campaigns

• Champion value proposition and promotional tools, including targeted deals, voucher solutions, and performance-based marketing

• Ensure a smooth onboarding process and support merchants in setting up, launching, and optimizing their deal offers

• Act as the main point of contact for merchant queries related to campaign setup, performance, and optimization

• Track and analyze merchant campaign results to drive ongoing improvements and repeat participation

• Work closely with internal teams (Ads, Account Management, CRM, Pay) to deliver integrated marketing solutions

• Keep abreast of market trends, competitor offerings, and merchant feedback to improve campaign relevance and impact

Must Have:

• Proven experience in sales or business development, ideally with exposure to F&B, media, digital marketing, or ecommerce sectors

• Strong communication and persuasion skills, with the ability to effectively pitch campaign solutions/with a consultative selling style.

• Ability to lead commercial negotiations and close deals confidently

• Self-starter mindset, capable of working independently in a fast-paced, target-driven environment

• Analytical thinking, with the ability to review and interpret campaign performance data

SUMMARY:

PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES AND AUTHORITIES:

• Report all accidents and incidents using the Company’s reporting procedures;

• Provide traffic control where necessary at interchanges and incident scenes;
• Assist with management of vehicle lots and traffic flows at Bus Interchanges and depots;
• Management of passenger flows within Bus Interchanges including crowd control where necessary;
• Provide direction to passengers and assist with resource deployment during provision of Bus Bridging.
• Respond to emergency situations in accordance with the Security Plan and procedures;
• Assist in reducing anti-social behaviour at Company controlled sites, and
• Participate in Emergency Drills and Evacuation exercises as required.
• Provide assistance, advice and guidance to Bus Captains on traffic and on-board incidents, fare disputes and matters relevant to bus operations;
• Assist with diversion of affected bus services for incidents and planned events

SKILLS, EXPERIENCE, CONDITIONS SPECIFICATION:

• Be able to demonstrate a good track record of customer service, demonstrating compassion and empathy for persons with disabilities;
• Senior first aid certificate;
• Detailed knowledge of security procedures and protocols;
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to effectively communicate with visitors and employees whose first language is not English;
• Be well presented and be seen as an ambassador for the Company;
• Successfully completed the Company’s Customer Service Officer and Transport Security Officer Training Programme.
• Be of good character to pass screening by the security agency on behalf of the Public Transport Council
• Have the aptitude to undertake the training for appointment to the role of Public Transport Official (PTO);
• Have well developed communication skills and are also trained in conflict resolution
• Holds a valid 2B license, as he/she will need to ride company bike.

About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and customer-oriented Sales Executive to help build and grow Aonic Lifestyle’s sales channels in Singapore. This is a unique hybrid role combining:

• Channel & dealer sales
• Retail showroom engagement

Responsibilities

1. Channel & Dealer Sales

• Build strong relationships with Singapore resellers and retail partners.
• Drive monthly sell-in and sell-out performance.
• Conduct product training, store visits, and business reviews.
• Support channel activation campaigns, promotions, and market expansion plans.
• Identify and onboard new sales channels to grow market reach.

2. Sales Operations & Fulfilment

• Handle daily e-commerce orders (Lazada, Shopee, Shopify).

• Manage inventory for Enabot products in the onsite mini warehouse.

Requirements

Position Summary
