Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Director of Sales to lead the strategic planning and execution of all sales and revenue generating initiatives for PARKROYAL Penang Resort. This role is responsible for driving occupancy, revenue and business growth through targeted sales strategies, market segment development, key client engagement and strategic partnerships. About the Role

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Job Summary:

The Sales Director is responsible for leading and driving the sales team of our computation power service company to achieve ambitious sales targets. This role requires a strategic thinker, an excellent leader, and a results-oriented professional who can develop and execute sales strategies, build and maintain high-level client relationships, and manage the overall sales process from lead generation to closing deals.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Sales Strategy Development and Execution：
   
   Develop comprehensive sales strategies and plans that align with the company's overall business objectives and market trends. Set clear sales targets, quotas, and performance metrics for the sales team.
   
   Analyze market data, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities, potential markets, and growth areas. Adjust sales strategies accordingly to maintain a competitive edge in the market.
   
   Oversee the implementation of sales strategies, ensuring that all sales activities are carried out effectively and efficiently. Monitor and evaluate the performance of the sales team against established targets and make timely adjustments to improve performance.
   
2. Team Leadership and Management:
   
   Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing sales team. Provide guidance, coaching, and mentorship to sales representatives to enhance their sales skills, product knowledge, and customer service capabilities.
   
   Set clear goals and expectations for the sales team and establish a performance management system to track and evaluate individual and team performance. Provide regular feedback and rewards to motivate and retain top talent.
   
   Foster a positive and collaborative team culture within the salesdepartment. Encourage teamwork, knowledge sharing, and innovation to drive continuous improvement in sales performance.
   
3. Client Relationship Management:
   
   Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, including C - level executives and decision - makers. Understand their business needs, pain points, and strategic objectives, and provide customized solutions using our computation power services.
   
   Serve as the primary point of contact for major accounts, ensuring high - level customer satisfaction and loyalty. Proactively address client concerns and issues and work closely with other departments （such as technical support and operations） to resolve any problems in a timely manner.
   
   Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to existing clients and develop strategies to increase client lifetime value.
   
4. Sales Process Management:
   
   Oversee the entire sales process, from lead generation and qualification to proposal development, negotiation, and closing. Ensure that all sales activities are in line with the company's sales methodology and best practices.
   
   Review and approve sales proposals, contracts, and pricing agreements to ensure compliance with company policies and profitability targets. Negotiate complex deals with clients to achieve favorable terms for the company.
   
   Use market data to analyze sales trends, identify areas for improvement, and make data-driven decisions to optimize the sales process.
   
5. Sales Event and Campaign Leadership:
   
   Plan and execute large-scale sales events, such as major product launches, industry conferences, and high-profile promotional campaigns. Coordinate with marketing, product development, and other departments to ensure the success of these events.
   
   Set goals and strategies for sales events and campaigns, and track their effectiveness in generating leads, increasing brand awareness, and driving sales. Use the insights gained from these events to refine future sales and marketing strategies.
   
6. Collaboration with Other Departments:
   
   Collaborate closely with the marketing department to develop integrated marketing and sales strategies. Provide input on market research, product positioning, and marketing collateral to ensure that marketing efforts support sales goals.
   
   Work with the product development team to provide market feedback and customer requirements. Participate in product development initiatives to ensure that our computation power services meet the evolving needs of the market.
   
   Liaise with the technical support and operations teams to ensure seamless delivery of services to clients. Coordinate efforts to resolve any technical or operational issues that may impact client satisfaction or sales performance.
   
   Qualifications and Skills:
   
   Education: Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred. A bachelor's degree with extensive relevant work experience will also be considered.
   
   Experience: At least over 5 years of experience in sales, with a proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets. Experience in the technology or computation power services industry is highly desirable. A minimum of 3 years of experience in a leadership role, managing and leading a sales team. Demonstrated ability to build and develop high-performing sales teams.
   
   Skills:
   
   Exceptional strategic thinking and planning skills. Ability to develop and execute long - term sales strategies in a dynamic and competitive market.
   
   Strong leadership and management skills. Proven ability to motivate, coach, and develop sales teams to achieve peak performance.

1. Global Market Expansion and Regional Strategy

Responsible for the business expansion of unmanned delivery vehicles/freight unmanned vehicles in overseas markets (Hong Kong, Japan, Europe, etc.), formulating and implementing regional sales strategies to achieve business growth targets.

2. Solution Sales and Commercialization Implementation Core

Promote unmanned delivery and logistics automation solutions to customers in logistics, warehousing, manufacturing, ports, and industrial parks, driving the transition from pilot projects to large-scale commercial implementation.

3. Full-Process Project Management

Responsible for the entire process from customer development, RFQ, solution design, pricing, and contract signing, to pilot testing and delivery acceptance, ensuring project success and implementation.

Expand and maintain core customers, channel partners, system integrators, and industry resources; build long-term partnerships; and promote continuous repeat purchases and large-scale replication.

5. Government and Regulatory Relationship Management

Job Requirements

1. Bachelor's degree or above in Logistics, Vehicle Engineering, Automation, Robotics, Advanced Manufacturing, or related fields preferred.

2. 3 years or more of overseas Business Development/Sales experience in Hong Kong, Japan, or Europe.
