職位描述

我們正在尋找一位積極進取的銷售主管，負責拓展我們在馬來西亞的零售通路業務，包括大型超市、電子產品專賣店和藥局。您將負責開發新客戶、深化現有零售合作關係並管理經銷商/代理商關係——重點關注店內陳列——並直接向國家代表報告。

主要職責

1. 新業務拓展

尋找並向大型超市、電子產品專賣店、藥局和便利商店推銷產品。
根據市場和競爭對手分析，制定並執行零售通路拓展策略。
主導談判、價格/條款討論，最後拿下新的零售客戶
建立並維護結構化的潛在客戶開發流程，並持續跟進。

2. 客戶管理與維繫

定期拜訪客戶，維護客戶關係，並尋找追加銷售/交叉銷售機會。
與客戶和內部團隊協調訂單、交貨時間表和庫存水平
透過及時解決問題和回覆諮詢，確保客戶滿意度。
追蹤帳戶績效指標，並定期提供報告和改進建議。

3. 經銷商和代理商管理

定期與分銷商和代理商舉行會議，以維持牢固的合作關係。
設定銷售目標，追蹤進度，並支持代理商達成目標
向經銷商/代理商員工提供產品培訓並分享促銷策略
評估分銷商績效並制定改進行動計劃
識別、評估並引進新的經銷商和代理商合作夥伴

4. 銷售推廣及店內執行

制定並向零售合作夥伴展示店內陳列概念、貨架佈局和區域劃分方案。
執行並維護商品陳列圖、貨架擺放及商品陳列標準
負責店內促銷物料及宣傳資料的製作、擺放及維護。
為零售合作夥伴員工進行產品展示和培訓。
策劃並執行店內行銷活動和促銷活動

5. 報告與內部協調

定期向國家代表提交銷售報告和市場簡報。
與國家代表和後台部門協調定價、庫存和產品事宜。
維護每日/每週銷售活動記錄和客戶關係管理 (CRM) 管道資訊
與後台部門溝通訂單處理和帳單結算事宜

至少2年IT設備/消費性電子產業的零售或通路銷售經驗
在大型超市、電子產品零售商或類似零售通路擁有良好的銷售業績記錄
具備管理或與經銷商或銷售代理商合作的經驗
具備策劃和執行店內促銷和商品陳列活動的實務經驗
出色的演講、談判和成交技巧
至少精通以下三種語言中的兩種：英語、馬來語、國語。
精通Excel，熟悉CRM/SFA工具

Job Responsibilities

• Provide technical consultation and product recommendations

• Prepare quotations and follow up on sales opportunities

• Maintain strong relationships with engineers, purchasing teams, and factory management

• Achieve sales targets and contribute to company growth

Job Requirements

• Diploma / Degree in Mechanical, Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering or related field

• Experience in industrial automation, engineering components, packaging machinery, semiconductor equipment, or manufacturing industry is an advantage

• Fresh graduates with strong interest in technical sales are welcome

• Able to communicate in English and Mandarin to support Mandarin-speaking customers

• Self-motivated, responsible, and result-oriented

• Possess own transport and willing to travel

JOB POSITION SUMMARY

Full-Time Employment (with probation of 6 months)

Responsible for driving sales growth, managing customer relationships, and supporting business development for the Sporting Goods Business Division. This role includes managing existing accounts, identifying and developing new business opportunities, and supporting sales activities across assigned territories. The position also requires regular outstation travel within the assigned territories.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1)Sales & Business Development

Achieve assigned sales target and support A/R collection
Manage and grow existing customer accounts
Identify and develop new business opportunities and dealers
Maintain visibility of sales pipeline and opportunities

2)Customer Engagement

Conduct regular sales visits and build strong relationships with customers
Understand customer needs and provide suitable product recommendations
Handle enquiries, feedback, and basic problem-solving

3)Sales Coordination & Execution

Prepare quotation, proposals, and basic presentation
Follow up on orders, deliveries, and customer requirements
Ensure tasks and assignments are completed within agreed timeframes

4)Market Development

Conduct basic market research and gather feedback from customers
Monitor competitors’ activities and market trends
Share relevant market information with the team

5)Demo Day & Product Promotion

Plan and support demo day activities for Tennis, Squash, and Padel
Assist in promoting products and engaging with customers during events

REQUIREMENTS:

Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, or any related field
1-2 years working experience in Sales related fields. (B2B experience preferred)
Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply.
Knowledge in Racket Sports will be an added advantage.
Good communication skills in English and Chinese.
Candidates must possess own transport and willing to travel.
Able to work independently with a high sense of responsibility.
Willing to learn and able to adapt quickly.
Well-organized with good time management skills.
Positive attitude and a strong team player.
