The TCM Physician Branch Manager is responsible for delivering professional Traditional Chinese Medicine consultations and treatments while overseeing the overall branch operations, team management, and business performance. Overall Job Objectives:

We are looking for a reliable and innovative Assistant Restaurant Manager to support the daily operations of our branch. In this role, you will assist in ensuring quality service, profitability, and a memorable dining experience for our guests. You’ll be responsible for managing operational records, addressing customer feedback, and fostering collaboration between team members.

Candidate must be very personable who is well capable of running a fast-paced operation doing 2-3 turns for each meal period while building long lasting relationships. They must have a stable experience of minimum 2 years in all their past roles as we are building a team for the long run. They must be good at proposing ideas to senior management or shareholders and leverage their ability to convince the team to follow through.

Core Responsibilities:

• Mainly assist the Restaurant Manager in overseeing and managing the branch.

• Keep detailed records of daily, weekly and monthly costs and revenues

• Manage and store vendors’ contracts and invoices

• Monitor compliance with safety and hygiene regulations

• Coordinate communication between front of the house and back of the house staff

• Gather guests’ feedback and recommend improvements to our menus

Job Specifications:

• A Bachelor’s Degree in any field (hospitality-related fields are a plus).

• Prior experience as a Restaurant Assistant Manager or in a similar role within the hospitality industry.

• Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills.

• Excellent conflict resolution and team management abilities.

• Availability to work within the restaurant’s operating hours, including weekends and holidays.

Key Deliverables:

• Overseeing daily operations to ensure smooth functioning, profitability, and a high-quality dining experience.

• Maintain accurate records of costs, revenues, vendor contracts, and invoices, ensuring compliance with safety and hygiene regulations.

Your Role

The Sales Account Manager plays a key role in managing and growing existing client accounts while supporting project-based sales activities. This position focuses on strengthening long-term client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving repeat business through effective account management and coordination with internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

Account Management & Client Engagement

• Manage and maintain relationships with existing clients, particularly Interior Designers and Contractors.
• Understand client requirements and manage expectations with appropriate product solutions and recommendations.
• Introduce new products and customization of solutions.
• Identify opportunities for up-selling and cross-selling within assigned accounts.
• Manage Tenders and Projects with the assistance of a Quantity Surveyor and Project Team
• Attend site meetings and maintain regular communication with clients throughout project life cycles.
• Monitor account performances and identify growth opportunities.
• Generate leads within existing accounts and through client referrals.
• Participate in industry events, trade shows, and networking sessions to maintain market presence.

Requirements

• Experience with account management, client servicing, or project-based sales, within the Building, Architectural and Interior Design industry.
• Experience working with Tenders with contractors is preferred.
• Familiarity with building or architectural materials; experience in specifying materials to consultants is an advantage.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills, with ability to manage and grow customers / stakeholders relationship.
• Organised, Detailed, Competitive and Passionate about Achievement.
• Good communicaiton, presentation and negotiation skills.
• 5 days work week.

• Educates the salon customers based on their real needs during their visit to the shop
• Provides professional customer support with a forthcoming mindset for customers to keep coming back and avoid unpleasant future encounters
• Maintains a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times
• Attends to and communicates promptly to address customers’ queries at the most excellent approach
• Acknowledges and resolves customer feedback and concerns
• Knows products inside and out to answer product queries
• Communicates and coordinates with team and management
• Ensures customer satisfaction and increases customer retention
• Gathers customer satisfaction levels and feedback on customer services for continuous improvement
• Provides feedback on the efficiency of the operations and customer service process

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Commerce or relevant fields
• Three (3) to five (5) years of leadership and management experience in customer-service-related capacity
• Consistently well-groomed according to the high appearance standards of the salon and the company
• High degree of professionalism in customer service
• Exceptional people skills
• High standards of customer communication skills
• Prior experience in the beauty line preferred
• Ability to stay calm and excellent in handling difficult customers
