• Develop and execute B2B marketing campaigns aimed at enabling and engaging our partner ecosystem (System Integrators, Value-Added Resellers, and Corporate Resellers).

• Drive lead generation and demand generation initiatives to support pipeline growth for various IT business units (e.g., Cloud, Infrastructure, Software).

• Organize and manage end-to-end industry events, partner roundtables, webinars, and product launch activations in Singapore and across the SESA cluster.

3. Global & Regional Alignment

• Serve as the Singapore-based execution anchor for the global marketing business unit, maintaining a solid reporting line back to global leadership.

• Track, analyze, and report on campaign ROI, pipeline impact, and marketing KPIs directly to global and SESA leadership.

• Localize global marketing assets and campaigns to fit the cultural and business nuances of the SESA market.

Role Requirements & Qualifications

• Experience: 5 to 8 years of dedicated marketing experience strictly within the IT Distribution industry. (Candidates coming purely from marketing agencies will not be considered for this specific role).

• Industry Knowledge: Proven understanding of the IT channel ecosystem, multi-tier distribution models, and vendor-partner relationships. Experience handling cloud or enterprise IT portfolios is highly advantageous.

• Financial Acumen: Direct experience managing marketing budgets and a strong grasp of MDF (Marketing Development Funds) processes and compliance guidelines.

Responsibilities

In this role, you will be responsible to:

• Deliver operational excellence through effective management of complex technical solutions and large and complex Mechanical projects /multiple jobs
• Work on Mechanical projects from inception, through strategic planning and concept to detailed design planning and resourcing effectively to meet budgets and targets
• Lead and manage M&E/CENEX project teams by outlining and assigning work, reviewing technical accuracy and technical outcomes

• Mentor and coach junior peers across the M&E discipline

KEY REQUIREMENTS

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering (recognised by Professional Engineers Board, Singapore, will be an advantage)
• At least 7 years relevant in Mechanical / Building Services engineering.
• Experience leading roles for design & design management of residential, commercial, institutional or mixed-used developments.
• Strong working knowledge of Singapore codes, standards, and regulations, including BCA, SCDF (Fire Code), and relevant Codes of Practice
• Understanding of energy‑efficient mechanical systems, with exposure to Green Mark and/or LEED‑certified projects highly regarded.
• Competent user of relevant engineering software and simulation tools.
• Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills, suitable for client, authority, and senior‑management engagement.

Job Responsibilities:

· In charge of all leasing administration duties, which includes preparation of tenancy documents, reports, written correspondences etc.

· Assist in lease marketing - arranging and conducting viewing of units for lease to prospects at designated properties.

· Perform market research and analysis to identify, prospect and secure new market segment.

· Assist to cold call / engage desired prospects for marketing of spaces for lease.

· Manage the licensing of all lightbox spaces, which includes monitoring the license periods, preparation of license agreements, handling promotional lightboxes and promotional flag banners, coordinating with tenants and third parties on renting of lightboxes.

· Preparation of marketing and presentation to prospective clients.

· Assist in tenant management issues and liaisons with tenants on various tenancy related matters.

· Account management of tenants, handling tenancy related matters and maintain good tenant and landlord relationship.

· Prepare and monitor periodic management reports on asset performance from leasing and property management perspective.

· Assist in the preparation of rental revenue budget submissions.

· Work with Finance on tenant billing related matters.

· Support in the company’s marketing and promotions function. This also includes liaising and coordinating with tenants on marketing and promotional events and activities, as well as managing our advertising efforts in various magazines/ media.

· Handle yachts that berth at The Clifford Pier and all activities at The Fullerton Precincts.

Requirements:

· Degree / Diploma in any discipline ; with a minimum of 2 years of relevant working experience

· Knowledge of the retail merchandise and F&B leasing market

· Creativity, innovation and performance orientation
