• Prepare, review, and update cGMP documentation, including batch manufacturing records, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and related documents.

Infrastructure Backup and Recovery Management

• Demonstrate expert-level product knowledge for IBM Storage Protect (known as TSM) and competitive solutions.

• Perform billable services engagements, including installation/implementation of IBM Storage Protect.

• Support 24/7 shift operations independently.
