Job Description

• Provide legal and operational support on employment and labour matters across Asia Pacific
• Draft, review, and maintain employment documentation, policies, and internal guidance
• Conduct legal research on labour regulations and statutory requirements across jurisdictions
• Support corporate and hotel‑related transactions, including management and franchise agreements
• Coordinate with external counsel on due diligence and transaction support
• Manage contract execution processes, approvals, and internal authorisations
• Maintain legal templates, precedent libraries, and agreement databases

The Successful Applicant

A successful Assistant Manager, Legal Services (Paralegal) should have:

• Minimum 4 years of experience as a Paralegal, Legal Manager, or in‑house Legal professional
• Hands‑on experience supporting commercial contracts and transactional matters
• Background in law firm or multinational corporate legal environments
• Legal diploma or equivalent professional qualification
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple workstreams
• Proven capability to work independently and collaboratively in regional teams
