Baker Hughes production Controls Systems is seeking suitably experience Subsea Production Controls Senior Systems Engineers to work in the Tendering and Project Execution role. During execution you would be responsible for all technical aspects throughout the lifecycle of the project, covering architecture, design, integration, Test and Acceptance of New Product Initiatives for complex systems.

• ·Supporting the design and development of Subsea Controls system using a Systems Engineering-based approach, conducting requirements management and analysis activities

• Delivering updates to system model, Creating and maintaining requirement specifications, Production of design review material and Functional Design Specification

• Assessing and categorizing new technology and products to satisfy requirements and overall system design intent

• Supporting the definition of the Verification & Validation for the project and support the generation of design verification evidence

• Ensuring designs mature in a controlled manner through the use a robust technical change control and impact assessment process

• Supporting the definition and delivery of the System Integration, Test, and Acceptance phases”

To be successful in this role, you should have

• Degree qualified in an engineering or marine discipline

• Significant Subsea Control Systems experience

We are seeking a talented RTL Engineer to join our team in Singapore. As an RTL Engineer, you'll ensure the highest quality products by developing and implementing robust methodologies. Work alongside a talented team of engineers to deliver innovative solutions that meet the evolving needs of our customers.

Responsibilities

• Own and be responsible for pre-tape out quality for digital SOC modules on the MCU
• Explore architecture and develop micro-architecture.
• RTL development for IPs and SOCs using Verilog
• 3rd party IP identification, selection, and integration
• Collaboration with verification and FPGA teams in test plan development and debug
• Collaborate with the Physical Design team to close the design on timing and power targets
• Assist in silicon bring-up and validation;
• Run tool for quality checks (LINT, CDC, and RDC) and fix/waive the issues

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Instrumentation & Control Engineering, or a related field, plus 10 years of experience.
• Possess deep and broad knowledge of current and emerging SOC design technologies.
• Have expert knowledge in designing, implementing, and troubleshooting IPs and SOC
• Demonstrate a deep understanding of customer needs and the competitive landscape.
• Ability to estimate the impact of and help plan and lead the implementations and have a positive impact on the entire output
• Can architect and guide programs across the full range of technical areas.

• Good Core Java Knowledge - Threading, GC, Deployment, Troubleshooting, Maven
• Good experience with data structures
• Experience in architecture/design area
• Lock free and concurrent systems
• Knowledge of high frequency, low latency systems
• Knowledge in scalability/high availability
• Working Knowledge in FIX Protocol (Preferably in FX)
• Familiarity with FIX protocol and any other connectivity protocol is a good to have but not necessary
• Financial background specially FX is a good to have but not necessary
• Knowledge of python ideally or any other scripting language - (Bonus)
• Knowledge on networking is highly desired. TCP/IP, UDP, NIO highly desired (BONUS)
• Working Knowledge in browser rich-client framework like Reactjs/Angularjs.
