• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in system administration and infrastructure support.
• Professional certifications in Red Hat Linux and/or Microsoft technologies, including cloud certifications, are preferred.
• Strong experience administering Red Hat Linux and Microsoft Windows Server environments.
• Experience managing middleware platforms such as IBM WebSphere Application Server and IBM MQ.
• Knowledge of system monitoring, performance tuning, patch management, and infrastructure maintenance.
• Experience supporting enterprise-grade production environments.
• Proficiency in Linux shell scripting and automation.
• Strong troubleshooting and root-cause analysis skills.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.

Preferred / Advantageous Skills

• Experience with AWS (Amazon Web Services) and Government on Commercial Cloud (GCC).
