• Degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or related field with at least 8 years of relevant working experience and at least 5 years of hands-on experience in data management or business analyst role within investment and banking industry.
• Experience crafting user journeys and use cases and using them to guide system design and implementation.
• Proficiency in SQL, Python and experience with other data analysis tools.
• Excellent communication and written skills, with the ability to translate complex data concepts into understandable terms for non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving skill and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
