• Engage business units to understand operational needs and prioritize initiatives
• Work closely with regional and global teams to align infrastructure strategy

Project & Service Coordination

• Manage infrastructure-related projects including implementation, upgrades, and migrations
• Oversee system design validation, testing, rollout, and documentation standards

Governance & Budget Control

• Support planning and monitoring of infrastructure budgets
• Ensure cost-efficient operations while maintaining service quality and compliance

Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent
• Minimum 6 years of experience in IT infrastructure or operations
• Strong understanding of core infrastructure domains including servers, networks, storage, and backup
• Hands-on exposure to Linux (SuSE) and Windows environments
• Familiarity with enterprise networking concepts (WAN/LAN) and troubleshooting
• Experience in vendor coordination and project delivery
• Prior exposure to manufacturing or 24/7 operational environments is advantageous
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

Responsibilities

• Support the delivery of IT projects from initiation to implementation
• Coordinate with business users, vendors, and technical teams to track project progress
• Assist in gathering business requirements and preparing project documentation
• Monitor project timelines, risks, and issues, and escalate when necessary
• Support testing, deployment, and post-implementation activities

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
• At least 2 years of experience in leading/managing IT project delivery
• Experience in banking or financial services environment is preferred
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills
• Familiarity with SDLC, Agile, or Waterfall project methodologies
• Proactive, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
