Essential Responsibilities:

• Analyze reject disks using microscopes and advanced equipment (AFM, SEM EDX, Wyko, Zygo, OSA) to identify and classify defects.
• Interpret defect analysis results, including SEM EDX data, and compile failure analysis reports.
• Lead discussions with process owners on defect issues and work to address unknown defects.
• Track and monitor yield performance using EIS and Spotfire, including viewing iris mapping and disk quality performance (KPOV).
• Coordinate with FA Tech to ensure correct reject disks are pulled for analysis.

This is a technically hands-on and cross-functional leadership role — you will mentor junior engineers, drive complex packaging programs, and interface directly with customers, suppliers, and global engineering teams.

You are expected to operate with high autonomy, make independent technical decisions, and represent the Packaging Engineering function in NPI and sustaining programs.
