UCT is looking for a talented Senior MES Engineer to join us in Singapore!

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, implement and maintain MES solutions, process/operation automation in manufacturing (Industrial 4.0) and related interfaces integrated MES with ERP system (e.g. SAP) and shop floor automation (e.g. IoT)
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand manufacturing processes, identify system requirements, and deliver tailored IT solutions.
• Prepare user requirement, convert to technical specification & liaise with development team on solution delivery
• Document technical solutions, SOPs, and user manuals to ensure knowledge sharing and maintainability.
• Provide training to business users, perform IT Acceptance Testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) on MES/MES Extended solutions.
• Develop scripts, services, and dashboards to support manufacturing KPIs, traceability, and data-driven decision-making.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues in manufacturing applications, ensuring minimal disruption to production.
• Support manufacturing system upgrades, migrations, and implementations.

Skills / Knowledge

• Manufacturing process, MES and extended MES solution know-how
• Medium/Strong programming skills in languages such as C# .NET, Javascript, Python, or similar
