Location: Ang Mo Kio
Type of Role: 1 Year Contract [RENEWABLE]
Remuneration: Base Salary - $5,000
Renumeration: 1 month bonus upon completion of contract (subjected to attendance, performance etc..)

Job Summary:
An ITSM (IT Service Management) Engineer plans, implements, and optimizes IT service delivery workflows. They align IT capabilities with business goals, automate processes, and manage platforms like ServiceNow to streamline incident, change, and problem management.
Job Responsibilities:
- Process Design: Develop, configure, and optimize ITSM workflows (e.g., Incident, Problem, Change, and Request Management)
- Platform Administration: Configure and maintain ITSM tools (such as ServiceNow or Jira) to enhance service delivery and reporting capabilities.
- Incident & Problem Management: Oversee major incidents, facilitate root-cause analysis, and track remediation to prevent recurring issues.
- Service Levels: Collaborate with stakeholders to define service catalogs, monitor KPIs, and ensure compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Change Management: Facilitate Change Advisory Board (CAB) meetings and manage approvals to minimize service disruptions.
- Automation: Identify opportunities to automate manual workflows and integrate ITSM systems with other operational tools.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum ITE/Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or relevant disciplines.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in IT Service Management/ITSM.
- ITIL Certification is good to have.
