Job Summary

You will be responsible for bank document handling, scanning, indexing, and processing to ensure accurate and timely management of client records and applications.

Responsibilities

• Logistic handling, collection, unpacking of carton boxes
• Manual document preparation for scanning including removing of paper clips, staples,book bindings etc
• Operate high-speed production scanners equipment
• Scan and archive documents including archival of original hardcopy documents
• Document Quality Checking of Scanning and Indexing and final output
• Check if there are any double feeding between the rollers, remove paper jam and perform simple cleaning of rollers
• Document reassembly (including rebinding), Packing, labelling, delivery and return of carton boxes
• Arrange disposal of carton boxes as required
• Processing of hardcopy applications according to systems provided
• Processing of softcopy applications received from different internal channels & processing it into systems provided
• Giro forms processing (Hardcopy & Softcopy)
• CRM cases processing for renewal & letter notice to client’s customer & client’s agency partners
• Ensuring incoming cases are handled on timeand accurately (via Email & inhouse system)

• Good written and verbal communication (English)
• Good computer and technical skills
• Data entryexperience and strong admin background
• An understanding of priorities and the ability to meet services datelines
• Ability to assumeresponsibility for assigned daily + (Ad hoc) tasks and to achieve daily target
• Attention to detail
• Ability to workindependently or in a team environment
• Able to workovertime during month end (if required)
• Prior relevant industrial experience is an added advantage

Purpose of Role:

Assist in the development of ILS deliverables for ILS programmes that meets customer requirements efficiently and on time.

About the role

As an F&I Admin Assistant, you will provide end-to-end loan processing support by coordinating with banks and internal sales teams, verifying documentation accuracy, and maintaining up-to-date loan records in Salesforce.

Key responsibilities

• Submit and record loan cases into Salesforce for processing

• Liaise with banks to follow up on loan status and approvals, and relay updates to Sales Consultants

• Verify loan documents submitted by Sales Consultants before releasing amounts for registration

• Review Tax Invoices, LTA log cards, and Insurance Cover Notes prior to bank dispatch

• Ensure HP Agreements and other required forms are properly signed before submission
