Role Overview
We are seeking a high-energy, versatile Marketing Coordinator / Executive to join us for a 6-month intensive contract. Working closely with and supporting our Marketing Team, you will play a pivotal role in the execution of our marketing campaigns. This is a role designed for someone who wants real agency and a seat at the table from day one. Our goal is to find a future full-time team member who demonstrates exceptional hunger, accountability, and the ability to turn strategy into tangible results.
Key Responsibilities
Your focus will be the flawless coordination and execution of our marketing operations, ensuring our brand maintains its reputation for excellence.
- Campaign Support: Work hand-in-hand with the Senior Marketing Executive to roll out seasonal product launches and brand events, ensuring every SOP is followed with total precision.
- Content & Social Media: Manage the monthly content calendar. This includes drafting copy and producing/coordinating visual assets (photography and short-form video for TikTok/Reels) that align with our brand’s clarity and presence.
- Operational Excellence: Support on-ground activations such as exhibitions or retail pop-ups. This involves hands-on event setup and occasional weekend/evening support to ensure seamless service and consistent brand standards.
- Community Engagement: Act as a brand ambassador, managing community inquiries and fostering loyalty through proactive, empathetic communication.

Minimum Requirements
- Diploma in Business, Marketing, Communications, Design or related field.
- Proficiency in basic creative tools (e.g., Canva, CapCut, or Adobe Creative Suite) is highly preferred.
- Fresh graduates are welcome.
- Interest in specialty tea or the luxury/lifestyle F&B industry is a major bonus.
