Requirements

JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are seeking an experienced Construction Supervisor to oversee onsite construction and project execution activities within a marine and shipyard environment. • Assist in installation of air conditioning and heating (HVAC) systems in accordance with project specifications and drawings.

The company provides a competitive remuneration package for the recruited candidate. The fixed basic monthly salary is SGD 1,600, which is guaranteed regardless of monthly project performance. Apart from the base pay, eligible staff can earn extra income via performance-based commission calculated according to project completion progress, construction volume and settlement results of finished projects. Following the mainstream local employment practice in Singapore, employees on full-year employment are entitled to the 13th-month bonus as year-end reward.
