Test Program Manager will work closely with the respective stakeholders across the organisation to drive testing Projects which is aligned to organisation's transformation strategy.

Reporting to the Digital Domain Lead, the candidate will ensure the overall successful delivery of all testing services for Cross Border Payments + NPS Enhancements and upgrade Project, change requests and production fixes under Digital domain suite of applications.

The candidate is also expected to manage and ensure the successful delivery of testing services provided by organisation's appointed test service providers, and in accordance with the organization’s standards and processes.

·        Overall accountable and responsible for delivery of testing services one or more applications and/or projects of Digital domain applications.

·        Manage and oversee the day-to-day delivery of test services by Bank appointed vendors in the conduct of testing.

·        Works with the testing service providers and other client stakeholders to review, provide feedback and sign off on the test strategy, test plans and other test service providers’ artefacts for the testing service delivery.

·        Coordinates with the Test Governance team to ensure adoption of testing methods, standards and tools, and to coordinate any health checks or audits.

·        Ensures that any changes to the scope of services are communicated to the respective test service providers and the impact is factored in to the plan.

·        Quantify, manage, track and report test related statuses, SLA and KPIs, and ensure that defined testing transformation SLA and KPI targets are met for the portfolio accountable.

·        Participate and contribute in forums, as required, to drive testing transformation and innovation.

Engages stakeholder communities to get their feedback on testing service delivery and identify improvement opportunities to be fed back to the Test CoE team.

Requirements:
·        Bachelor’s Degree or Master’s degree in computer engineering or related field.

·        Proven working experience in test delivery or equivalent role with at least 10 to 15 years relevant experience in large and complex organization's preferably in the area of Banking and Finance and at least 5 years’ senior manager experience in testing.

·        Extensive experience in managing end to end delivery of testing services from multiple vendor test service providers.

·        Proven experience in testing standards, tools, processes & methodologies, frameworks, and various delivery methodologies e.g. Agile, Hybrid Agile and Waterfall, DevOps.

Role Description:

The main objective of the Sales Account Manager (SAM) is to hunt for and develop new accounts in addition to the current customer pool, increase market share by implementing sales and marketing strategies for related product/service lines, and achieve sales and profit goals in Singapore. The SAM is expected to utilize their knowledge of the business and external contacts to expand and deliver profitable initiatives for the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Achieve the agreed monthly/quarterly/yearly sales and/or profit goals
• Contribute to the development and implementation of sales strategies and tactics for products/services, new markets and new applications
• Work with Sales/BD Managers and Technical Account Managers to ensure that all possible actions are taken to secure business in competitive situations
• Share market knowledge and customer feedback with the Senior Management, Sales and Marketing teams.
• Report timely to line manager including written reports as requested, and documentation of sales activities via CRM system. Sales Account Manager (SAM) will be responsible for implementing sales and marketing strategy and tactics for related product/service lines to achieve sales and profit goals in Singapore
• Introduce GenScript to new markets – Industrial/Academic/Government institutions
• Drive business expansion in collaboration with the inside technical support team (TAM)
• Build a business reference network for business expansion
• Work through channel partners and key customers to achieve the sales targets
  

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Biology / Life Science related disciplines
• At least 1 year of hands-on lab experience preferred; Life science research, molecular biology or related research experience is a plus)
• Knowledge of the Biological and CRO market with an emphasis on one or more of the following: Gene Synthesis, Protein, Peptide, BioAssay, Antibody or Cell Line, Products, and
• Socially active within the network of the life science industry.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English, verbally and in writing.
• Ability to work independently or within a team and drive to succeed in an international business environment.
• Ability forecast sales accurately within the territory
• Highly self-motivated with a winning spirit

Key Responsibilities

Deliver Exceptional Michelin-Star Guest Experiences

• Lead the dining room team in delivering personalized, intuitive and memorable guest experiences aligned with Michelin-star and luxury hospitality standards.
• Drive service excellence through attention to detail, anticipation of guest needs and effective service recovery.
• Maintain compliance with LQA standards, Accor luxury service culture and restaurant service rituals.
• Build strong relationships with returning guests, VIPs and loyalty members.

Oversee Fine Dining Operations

• Manage daily restaurant operations, reservations, service flow, staffing deployment and outlet readiness.
• Collaborate closely with the Culinary and Sommelier teams to ensure seamless execution of the guest journey.
• Uphold the highest standards of presentation, cleanliness, food safety and operational excellence.
• Conduct daily briefings, coaching sessions and ongoing service training.

Drive Business Performance

• Monitor labour productivity, operating costs and revenue performance to achieve financial targets.
• Support menu engineering, upselling initiatives and guest engagement strategies to maximize profitability.
• Analyse guest feedback and operational metrics to identify opportunities for continuous improvement.

Lead, Develop & Inspire the Team

• Coach, mentor and develop service professionals to deliver consistent world-class hospitality.
• Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork and continuous learning.
• Support recruitment, talent development and succession planning within the outlet.

Collaborate as a Hotel Leadership Partner

• Work closely with internal departments to ensure seamless operations and exceptional guest experiences.
• Champion workplace safety, compliance and luxury service standards.
• Act as a role model and ambassador for JAAN, Fairmont Singapore and Swissôtel The Stamford.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Hospitality Management or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of leadership experience in a fine dining, luxury restaurant, or upscale hotel environment.
• Experience within a Michelin-starred, award-winning, or luxury hospitality setting is highly preferred.
• Passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences and luxury service standards.
• Strong leadership, coaching and team development capabilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage guests and colleagues at all levels.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving, decision-making and conflict resolution skills.
• Commercially aware with an understanding of operational and financial performance.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Self-motivated, adaptable and committed to continuous learning and professional growth.
