• Minimum 10 years of engineering experience, with at least 6 years in construction supervision of large-scale infrastructure projects
• Experience in MRT, railway, or infrastructure projects under the Land Transport Authority (LTA) will be an advantage.
• Experience in traffic diversion works, utility diversion/protection works, and viaduct construction will be an added advantage.
• Good understanding of construction methodologies, project planning, quality management, workplace safety regulations, and statutory compliance requirements.
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and technical documents.
• Experience in coordinating with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and government authorities.
• Strong leadership, communication, interpersonal, planning, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and effectively in a fast-paced construction environment.
• Familiar with Singapore construction practices, LTA requirements, and authority submission processes.
• Willing to work on-site, including night shifts, weekend work, or shift arrangements when required.
• Candidates who can commence work immediately or within a short notice period will have an added advantage.
