JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the site.
- Plan, execute and supervise all the facilities' management and operational activities.
- Conduct meetings, project co-ordination in residential/Commercial strata development.
- Invite quotations, conduct evaluation for all services, provide recommendation reports and organize and coordinate Corrective Program for repairs and maintenance of the common properties.
- Administer contracts renewals and issue of contracts.
JOB REQUIREMENT
- Candidate with self drive posses Professional Certificate/Diploma or Degree in Estate Management or related disciplines.
- Previous experience in managing condominiums, industrial or commercial buildings.
- Good interpersonal, communication and leadership skills.
- Knowledge of Management Corporation Strata Title (MCST) and Building Maintenance & Strata Management (BMSM) Act.
