Job Responsibilities:

• Prepare production and shop drawings using AutoCAD/SketchUp based on project specifications

• Create clear and accurate technical drawings for production use

• Calculate materials quantities etc. based on drawings and generate cut lists

• Coordinate with production team in the factory to ensure drawings are understood and followed correctly

• Coordinate work schedules and timelines, plan daily/weekly production tasks, track progress and ensure deadlines are met

• Arrange and manage time schedules for production team (e.g., prioritising urgent jobs, sequencing tasks for efficient workflow)

• Maintain organized digital drawing files and material records

• Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by management

Job Requirements:

• Proficient in SketchUp and AutoCAD (knowledge of other software is a plus)

• Prior experience in woodworking, furniture drafting is an advantage

• BCA Skills Certificate (Basic-Skilled) mandatory for construction Work Permit application

• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and calculate materials accurately from drawings or requirements.

• Good communication skills in Chinese and English (able to understand instructions and coordinate with production team)

• Meticulous, detail-oriented and with a strong sense of accountability and reliable, excellent organizational and time-management skills.

• Self-motivated and able to work well under deadlines, willing to learn and adapt quickly to change.

• Able to start work immediately or with short notice period.

Responsibilities

• Handle full set accounts.

• Perform daily operation activities and data entry of transactions.

• Process accounts receivable and payable, bank reconciliations and general ledger functions.

• Verify and process employee expense reports and time card reports.

• Prepare quarterly GST submission timely.

• Process required financial reports, costing reports and reconcile statements, resolve discrepancies.

• Prepare and ensure all month-end closing reports are submitted on a timely manner and ensure all intercompany are properly, and reconciliations.

• Assist in the management and maintenance of internal control processes, and management of cash flow projections.

• Organize and file documents (digital and physical).

• Collaborate with other departments to resolve queries.

• Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting regulations.

• Perform ad hoc or other duties assigned by Manager.

Requirements

• At least diploma in accountancy or relevant professional certification.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and QuickBooks desktop software experience will be an added advantage.

• Minimum 2yrs of working experience in Manufacturing industry with handling full set of accounts.

• Meticulous, detail-oriented and with a strong sense of accountability, excellent organizational and time-management skills.

• Self-motivated and able to work well under deadlines, willing to learn and adapt quickly to change.

• Able to start work immediately or with short notice period.

• Assist in production activities, packing, picking, handicraft processing.
• Able to work on the production line and meet production targets.
• Willing to learn how to operate machinery.
• Ensure products are manufactured according to specifications.
• Able to work overtime by company‘s arrangement.
