Procurement Executive

Duties & Responsibilities

·      Support the company’s operations through the purchase of materials and services

·      Source for materials and services which offer the best value

·      Purchase materials required in a timely manner

·      Coordinate with operations and inventory management to ensure items required are purchased in a timely manner

·      Ensure the quality of materials purchased  and that they are delivered in a timely manner

Requirements

·      A diploma/university degree in any discipline

·      At least 2 years’ experience in procurement of materials and services from various sources, including overseas sources

·      Ability to negotiate effectively tosecure best value for the Company

·      Ability to manage supplier relationships effectively.

Requirements

1.       Degree/ Diploma in Finance/ Business Administration/Accounting

2.       Familiar with payroll processing

3.       Familiar with local laws and regulations regarding GST, CPF etc

4.       Accounting experience , accounts payable,accounts receivable etc

Job scope

1.       Monitor and ensure payments are received in a timely manner.

2.       Perform GST submission, income tax computation and submission.

3.       Prepare monthly P&L statements

4.       Process salary payment for employees, including submitting to CPF and other regulatory bodies.
