We are seeking a proactive and organized Administrative Assistant to support daily office operations.
Responsibilities
Coordinate and organize staff meetings to ensure smooth communication and effective scheduling
Facilitate onboarding processes to integrate new employees efficiently into the company
Complete daily administrative tasks to maintain smooth and efficient office operations
Handle incoming calls attentively and provide clear, accurate responses to inquiries
Take accurate messages and manage email correspondence promptly to support communication flow
Maintain organized filing systems and perform detailed data entry to ensure accurate and accessible records
Manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining high performance under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Preferred competencies and qualifications
Honors or degree in Accounting
Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) to support office tasks
Basic proficiency in AutoCAD (Drafting) for handling technical documents
Effective communication and organizational skills to support teamwork and office coordination
Responsible, detail-oriented, and willing to learn to adapt to evolving office needs
Minimum 2 years of experience in administrative or related role
Candidates who know Bangla / Tamil will get preference.
