Job Description
We are seeking a responsible and proactive Operations Executive to support our daily cleaning operations. The successful candidate will coordinate manpower deployment, liaise with clients, and ensure service quality standards are maintained.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate daily deployment of cleaners and supervisors.
Monitor attendance, scheduling, and manpower planning.
Conduct site inspections and ensure service quality.
Liaise with clients regarding operational matters and feedback.
Prepare operational reports and documentation.
Handle staff onboarding, training arrangements, and uniforms/equipment distribution.
Respond to operational issues and provide timely solutions.
Ensure compliance with workplace safety and company procedures.
Requirements
Minimum GCE 'O' Level, NITEC, Diploma, or equivalent.
Preferably with experience in cleaning, facilities management, or operations coordination.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
